I remember the day Dr.Day told me he wanted to pull all my teeth with another dentist backing him up. The result was an anticipate d bill of 16,800,that's right sixteen thousand eight hundred dollars .I went to a second dentist on 31street and confirmed they were 100% wrong. I use to go here but not anymore. The hygienist with blonde here, alway made rude comments whenever my brother came here and by rude comment, I mean about his teeth. Saying something like it's ugly. As for me, I never felt like she was gentle with my teeth

Got CONNED into signing up for CareCredit to only have NO TREATMENT MADE AT ALL. I requested to have it refunded only for them to tell me they won't be able to. Only when I got my balance sent over to collections, I gave in and agreed to have a procedure done. Dentist saw me for 20 seconds, said he couldn't do anything. They treated me like a circus clown. He passed my xrays around each person who works at the reception came in one by one to see the damage in my mouth. At first I thought it was nothing then I realized how did they known about by condition. Unless they all looked at my xrays. Until I noticed the receptionist ASKING IF I CAN SEE ALSO. ALSO RIPPED ME OFF TELLING ME THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE. THAT WAS ALL BULLSHIT JUST TO MAKE ME TAKE OUT A LOAN FROM THEM. COME FOE ME IF YOU WANT. I HAVE RECEIPTS.

I've seen many dentists all over the city and I truly believe these guys are the most unethical swindlers in town. I saw them twice, each time I'm in the chair, suction in my mouth, when they say I need additional procedures costing much more than insurance covers and they need to run my credit card before continuing. Thought this was an outrageous tactic, plus recent dentists said there is sign of the $1,000.00 grafts they supposedly did. This is one of the worst dental practices around. They will lie to you and tell you whatever it takes to get money from you. I do not advise anyone to go to this dentist! You can't trust anything they tell you.

I came here for the first time in December and everything was good. Just got a cleaning and the staff seemed nice and friendly. I went back today for another cleaning. They said I was going to be charged a large deductible because I need to get a deep cleaning. They said that it's necessary because my gums bled during my last cleaning, which could mean I'm developing gum disease. Doesn't everyone bleed during cleanings? Very very bad experience, hanger for money as you never seen, I visited the office fo re root canal they said we have to wait for insurance authorization, I called after a month, they told me they still waiting for approval so I doubt it and call the insurance to figure out they never contacted my insurance for authorization, 2 days later they did, after 4 weeks I called my insurance I was told they approved my case 2 weeks ago , so I call back family dentist they told me they just got the approval today and were about to ca... read more

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! I came here for a cleaning on December 31. The dental hygienist tried to sell me on how it is imperative and emergent that I receive some procedure on my teeth that day, being the last day of the year (for insurance purposes). That my teeth do not align correct when I close my mouth.
