They treated me like a circus clown. He passed my xrays around each person who works at the reception came in one by one to see the damage in my mouth. At first I thought it was nothing then I realized how did they known about by condition. Unless they all looked at my xrays. Until I noticed the receptionist ASKING IF I CAN SEE ALSO. ALSO RIPPED ME OFF TELLING ME THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE. THAT WAS ALL BULLSHIT JUST TO MAKE ME TAKE OUT A LOAN FROM THEM. COME FOE ME IF YOU WANT. I HAVE RECEIPTS.

I've seen many dentists all over the city and I truly believe these guys are the most unethical swindlers in town. I saw them twice, each time I'm in the chair, suction in my mouth, when they say I need additional procedures costing much more than insurance covers and they need to run my credit card before continuing. Thought this was an outrageous tactic, plus recent dentists said there is sign of the $1,000.00 grafts they supposedly did. This is one of the worst dental practices around. They will lie to you and tell you whatever it takes to get money from you. I do not advise anyone to go to this dentist! You can't trust anything they tell you.

I came here for the first time in December and everything was good. Just got a cleaning and the staff seemed nice and friendly. I went back today for another cleaning. They said I was going to be charged a large deductible because I need to get a deep cleaning. They said that it's necessary because my gums bled during my last cleaning, which could mean I'm developing gum disease. Doesn't everyone bleed during cleanings? Very very bad experience, hanger for money as you never seen, I visited the office fo re root canal they said we have to wait for insurance authorization, I called after a month, they told me they still waiting for approval so I doubt it and call the insurance to figure out they never contacted my insurance for authorization, 2 days later they did, after 4 weeks I called my insurance I was told they approved my case 2 weeks ago , so I call back family dentist they told me they just got the approval today and were about to ca... read more

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! I came here for a cleaning on December 31. The dental hygienist tried to sell me on how it is imperative and emergent that I receive some procedure on my teeth that day, being the last day of the year (for insurance purposes). That my teeth do not align correct when I close my mouth. She tries to convince me that I can put it on my credit card (something like $5,000) then have the insurance reimburse me bc it Insurance approval would not be that immediate. Ummm... what?!? Do NOT use this dentist. They seem to have some sort of shading thing going on with billing. We joined them because they were covered by our dental plan and now they are billing our insurance as if they are NOT within network. I'd be very wary of them!!!

BEWARE ALOT OF MISINFORMATION AND OVERCHARGING ALWAYS OPTING FOR THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE CHARGE OVER PATIENT CARE!! I've had more than one problem but my latest problem I had a root canal that was necessary I was told halfway through the root canal that they would not be able to do the whole thing that day. Glad to have read all the reviews before I pulled out my wallet. I was scheduled to have work done today. One root canal 2 crown lengthening then 3 crown replacement. Cost 5600$ plus insurance pays 1250$ for root canal total 6850$ I showed up for the procedure but asked for detailed billing. I was told they will explain after the treatment.
