Go to another dentist and SAVE THOUSANDS!!!!! I recently was given a quote for $7,000 worth of work i "needed" to get done. I believe it was two crowns and shaving my gums (wtf is that even?) all for the price of 7K. They were setting me up with a dental credit card to pay it off in installments. I was about to do it all to get the procedure over with but a friend said I was crazy to not get a second opinion. So I did, the next dentist said I need ZERO work done. What a scam! This place wanted to overcharge me for everything (I needed to either do root canal and crown or implant) and their doctor gave me some astronomical prices. He wanted 7 to 8 thousand for an implant. Like what? And he also wanted to charge me 4 thousand for a root canal and new crown. Check it out..to schedule my first appointment for root canal, he said I needed to put a downpayment...will never come back

I have going to Steinway Family Dental Center for years. I have had full implants done and cost was outrageous, $100,000. Dr. Victor did the implants. He was quick and knowledgeable. Dr. Malekov (no longer owns the practice ) was ok. However the lab used was horrible. Two incidents. Color did not match on lower implants. Now I realized all they did was coated with the desired color. After several cleanings added color has been scraped off. warning: do not go here. they give you a price that you obviously cannot pay for. they con you into financing and trick you into conforming to their services without refund (even without services being done at all). once insurance gets involved and are unable to abide, they're quick to "change their minds" and say that they are now able to refund it. way to lie and manipulate the healthcare system and well-being of clients. thanks for nothing.

Extremely overpriced. Obtained quotes from various other dental practices and the ALL (including the Manhattan ones) quotes at least $600 less than what this office charges for crowns.
I came here for a cleaning after seeing their $99 new patient special (I have no dental insurance). The dental hygienist was very friendly. She showed me my xrays and explained that I would need a deep cleaning, but that would cost more (I think she said around $1000). I told her to go with the regular cleaning for now and I can come back for the deep cleaning. She asked if they could schedule me for the procedure, but I said not now. Worst Dental office you don't want to go. (Crooks) Went for regular cleaning, and they change my insurance for a deep cleaning and the doctor wanted to change me an out pocket $100.00 for some cream for the cleaning which I said get that f#$k out of here. Anyway never went back. Cause he said that I needed to come back to clean the bottom part of the mouth. CROOKS

I wrote a review about a week ago how HORRIBLE this place is and try's to basically ROB you on doing some dental work that's not needed. The IDIOT dentist claimed I cannot fe cement my crown if anything and I go on and do it pay $150 to December it that it might last an hour the most before it falls out. Long story short I go to my regular dentist and he cemented it back and it's been over a week and still in place. He was surprised how they said that to me. This establishment are a bunch of THIEVES.
