This practice overcharges and does recommends excessive & unnecessary work just for money! I went to this dental center multiple times pre-covid. The first visit the dentist was very nice but said one of my teeth may need a root canal... ?! They filled it (and spent a long time doing it) and my tooth has been perfectly fine. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I went here for emergency dentistry due to being in intense pain from an impacted wisdom tooth, and the treatment I received here was appalling. I was literally crying and braying in pain, and upon receiving the X-ray that took the tech not one, not 2, but 3 tries to get correct, one of the hygienists looked at my wisdom tooth which admittedly is growing in sideways, said "that looks painful" and proceeded to get the doctor. The dentist himself is very nice and explained everything. Now I have a huge problem with the financial system they. First of all, Jennifer the finance person makes you feel like she doesn't want your business. She looks for reason to scare you with very large numbers! Then when I addressed the pricing offer by my insurance company she told me they bring in a surgeon from the outside so my insurance company won't cover me for anything. All of this doesn't make any sense. Major scams. Beware.
Interviewed with this dental office today... the manager asked me if I've ever heard of L. Ron Hubbard (founder of Scientology), and then proceeded to tell me that the office follows the 'Hubbard Management System'. She then tells me that it's not Scientology itself, just his principles regarding management. After that I was given a "test", which was a personality assessment with about 100 questions. Update: this dental group (on multiple occasions) tried to charge exorbitant amounts of money for unnecessary dental care. This was confirmed by three other dentists and now the state is investigating them. (True story). This was not my experience because I've never had a single cavity but thought it was important information to share from a trusted source. Long story short: If you JUST need a cleaning, they are fine. Otherwise, RUN.
I've been going here since I've been a child. I went for a follow up today, I waited over one hour to be seen. I purchased a night guard from them a month ago, the Dr. stated would last me up to 5 years. They broke within the month. They were $800, when I told the dental hygienist about them breaking, she was surprised and stated they broke too soon. Go to another dentist and SAVE THOUSANDS!!!!! I recently was given a quote for $7,000 worth of work i "needed" to get done. I believe it was two crowns and shaving my gums (wtf is that even?) all for the price of 7K. They were setting me up with a dental credit card to pay it off in installments. What a scam! This place wanted to overcharge me for everything (I needed to either do root canal and crown or implant) and their doctor gave me some astronomical prices. He wanted 7 to 8 thousand for an implant. Like what? And he also wanted to charge me 4 thousand for a root canal and new crown. Check it out..to schedule my first appointment for root canal, he said I needed to put a downpayment...will never come back
