All my visits at steinway family dental has always been pleasant. The staff is very helpful and professional
In lieu of all the bad review I had a pleasant experience. The front office staff was amazing and the doctor explained everything to my in extensive detail. He was able to treat me for pain but the surgeon is out of network with my insurance so I'll have to think about if I personally want to pay 1250 to remove a wisdom tooth. Other than that my experience was great! I suggest booking an appointment with Dr. Marrone
This dental office is quick to set up appointments quick to get your in a chair and out I also had to change appointment time at no problem great ladies at check-in doctor very knowledgeable
I was recommended to this Family dentist by a coworker I must thank her. All the employees that I encountered were very professional and friendly. The atmosphere was very comfortable and I would definitely recommend this dental office.
The ladies at the front desk were helpful. The medical assistant who took my xrays was very kind. Dr. Marrone was also very kind and explained what needs to be done very thoroughly. I loved the dental hygienists. I'm sorry I cant recall their names but one of them sat down with me before the deep cleaning and calmed my nerves. The hygienist that did my 2 part deep cleaning was very kind and made me comfortable. She also made sure I wasn't in too much pain. She also answered all of my questions easily. Excellent experience getting my teeth cleaned and other treatments. Office is clean, new, very professional. My Hygienist Gleribel.... was fantastic - very thorough, efficient and communicative. Allison and Tyler in the front desk have an amazing, friendly good attitude always with a smile on their face they are wonderful people. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends.
Dr. Day is amazing ! I had such a great visit, I personally hate going to the Dentist and really wasn't sure about this dentistry (I think the outside appearance threw me off a bit) but it is very clean inside. Everyone was super professional and also so very friendly. They understood what needed to get done and made me feel cared for and also explained every step out of the way. I've been going there since I was a child and the service has been fantastic. The staff is very nice and helpful. They do great work with my dentals and provide good feedback on how to keep my teeth looking good and clean.
These guys were great, super helpful! They answered all my questions for me and made sure everything was taken care of as quickly as possible
