I had a good experience with the very friendly and efficient staff. The doctor was professional and answered all my questions. I'm happy though that I inquired more in depth about the suggested treatment and above all its costs. My insurance would have not covered nearly half of it and I would have paid a lot out of my own pocket. In general I always recommend asking about details and for them to verify what your insurance covers to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Great stuff! Great service! Reasonable prices! Even though the commute is not so convenient because i live in Brooklyn, this is the only place i trust to take care of my teeth. Doctor Malakov and doctor Terranova doing a great job! Highly recommend

Dr. Morrone and David were fast, quick and efficient. I was worried I had a cavity, but they provide not only relief, but support through out the entire process. Very nice chair side manner for both.

I was in and out, everyone was nice and knowledgeable. They took there time with me, educating me on how to take care of my braces and gums. Give this place a chance you won't regret it.

I heard about "free dental day" right in my own neighborhood, called to inquire, and despite my nerves about going to the dentist for the first time in a LONG time, scored an appointment. I got x-rays and my teeth cleaned for free. This alone is a HUGE load off for this uninsured and broke girl. But on top of that, the staff was actually SO pleasant. From my first visit I have felt like family. The staff are so warm and welcoming extremely personable they even call me by me proffered name and not my legal name ! They take their time and tell you step by step what they are going to do. They also work with our crime victims from my job and they all rave about how gentle and considerate they are about their trauma. I won a I pad in a raffle I didn't even know I was entered in !!! I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before I went -- I had a very pleasant, non-money-grubbing experience. Last night when brushing my teeth I discovered I'd lost a filling and had an actual hole in my tooth. Being without dental insurance, I called around a bit -- first to two Manhattan dentists I'd gone to in the past. Both wanted ~$150 just for an exam, and one ballparked the cost of a filling at minimum $200. I'm a brand new patient at this facility and all I could say are great things about this place. The staff is courteous and very friendly. Everything was explained to me In great detail before any procedure was done. I'm terribly scared of the dentist but they made me very comfortable. Love this place!!!
