Great Staff-FIVE STARS. Easy to get in touch with to make appointments. Once there its very clean, safe and friendly. Great follow up as well.
Dr. Day was GREAT. Very very nice and thorough in explaining the whole process of getting caps place on my teeth. His staff including Juan- were AMAZING and so KIND and polite! They have won me over as a patient!!
I have been searching for a good dentist since moving to the city and after four years I've finally found one I like. The office is clean, the hygienists are friendly and skilled, and no one is in a rush. I highly recommend.
Getting a toothache is bad, but horrible while everything is shut down! Thank goodness for Steinway Dental. I spoke to them on a Friday and they gave me an appointment for Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). The staff is wonderful - their customer service is the best. The dentist saw me right away and provided great service. Thoroughly recommend this business!

I've been doing my Invisalign here at Steinway Family Dental Center, and Dr. Day has been fantastic. Before starting, there was a television in the room giving informational information about something called Propel. When Dr. Day came into the room i asked him what it was and he explained that it's an optional procedure that accelerates Braces/Invisalign and speeds up the process to half the time. I have always had an intense fear of dentist and getting my check ups. I have tried to avoid the dentist many times and only went if I felt like I had a problem. That changed after my first visit at this office. I have been a patient at this office for quite some time already and I am more than satisfied with the service that has been provided. This office has such a nice and friendly atmosphere for being a dentist office! So inviting. The receptionist are always so sweet and accommodating and whenever I call in or have questions the people who answer the phone are so charming & helpful. Love this place!
Great experience. Jennifer helped me out so much with the insurance and making sure I didn't have to wait longer than necessary. Would recommend.
