MONEY TRAP! Dr. D sees his patients as dollar signs. He is not gentle or sympathetic. When he was putting in a crown I let him know that it was very painful. He said "so do you need a root canal?" I said how would I know you're the dentist. It was as if he thought I was exaggerating the pain. Not only can he be rude, he also has terrible body odor!

Years ago, I went in as an emergency visit for insane pain in my tooth. They did nothing the day of but give me some large aspirin and told me that I would need to schedule oral surgery to the tune of $1k. They asked me for my social security number and I gave it to them....not knowing that they would open a synchrony credit card for me with it. I didn't like the outrageous prices for dental work and further did not appreciate receiving unwanted calls and text messages to come back. If I say stop calling and texting me, honor that request. I don't recommend this place at all if you enjoy having your money taken for a bad experience and prolonged harassment. Go elsewhere and get the treatment and respect you deserve.

This is honestly the absolute worst dental office that I've ever visited..First off, their prices are ridiculous! They charge as if they were the Plaza Hotel, only you will receive Motel 8 service..Even their "New patient special" isn't really a special at all in comparison to their competitors..The only thing I have good to say about this office is that the hygienist was EXCELLENT and phenomenal at what she does..If she worked elsewhere, I would see her regularly because she's that good! Beware!! This place is a scam. Staff is unprofessional especially Jenny who works for the financial department. I was a long term patient and I needed assistance regarding root canal. The doctor informed me I needed to look for another location moving forward and i was wasting the Hygienist time with my cleaning appointments. They wanted me to pay $9,000 for a root canal out of pocket however, I have insurance from my job that provided full coverage. Please save your time and go somewhere else.

This practice overcharges and does recommends excessive & unnecessary work just for money! I went to this dental center multiple times pre-covid. The first visit the dentist was very nice but said one of my teeth may need a root canal... ?! They filled it (and spent a long time doing it) and my tooth has been perfectly fine. When I went to a dentist 2 years later at a different center, they said whoever filled my cavity did a bad job and it had to be REDONE! This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I went here for emergency dentistry due to being in intense pain from an impacted wisdom tooth, and the treatment I received here was appalling. I was literally crying and braying in pain, and upon receiving the X-ray that took the tech not one, not 2, but 3 tries to get correct, one of the hygienists looked at my wisdom tooth which admittedly is growing in sideways, said "that looks painful" and proceeded to get the doctor. The dentist himself is very nice and explained everything. Now I have a huge problem with the financial system they. First of all, Jennifer the finance person makes you feel like she doesn't want your business. She looks for reason to scare you with very large numbers! Then when I addressed the pricing offer by my insurance company she told me they bring in a surgeon from the outside so my insurance company won't cover me for anything. All of this doesn't make any sense. Major scams. Beware.

Interviewed with this dental office today... the manager asked me if I've ever heard of L. Ron Hubbard (founder of Scientology), and then proceeded to tell me that the office follows the 'Hubbard Management System'. She then tells me that it's not Scientology itself, just his principles regarding management. After that I was given a "test", which was a personality assessment with about 100 questions.
