SCAM! - these guys are scam artist. Told me that my insurance approved the work for fixing one of my teeth, then called me in for an appointment. At the appointment they told me that I was actually denied and they brought in their sales guy to pitch to me on why I should pay for it anyway. They are a waste of time. I noticed since the first cleaning I had there but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Please be careful.

My first time there was great. The woman that cleaned my teeth was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was informed I had a cavity and that the erosion on my two front teeth could be fixed with laminates. They also gave me recommendations for my teeth sensitivity. When they called me after my cleaning, they wouldn't tell me why I had to go in, but that I NEEDED to. I figured it was for my cavity. No. First they didn't know why I was there. UPDATE! One more thing to add to the reasons this place is awful. They told me when i was a patient there that getting my wisdom teeth extracted would cost around $2000 and that my insurance would not pay for it so I would have to pay out of pocket but "it is OK" because i can make payments. After realizing they were a scam and leaving, i went to Dr. Kalaman's office in Rego Park (the best dentist experience ever) and they removed my wisdom teeth, charged my insurance (the same company), and they paid for the whole thing. I gave one star because something has to be given. Its very sad what happens at this office. All of these low ratings are correct.. They literally have sales people that force you to get things done at their office, they don't take no for an answer and act rude if you say no. I had some work done that they said wasn't all covered by my insurance, so I had to pay like 3k, turns out my insurance did cover I just didn't see it in time.. They over charged my for like $500. I highly recommend that you get a second opinion from another dental clinic. Do not believe what ever this place says... This place will find what ever it is to make money out from your mouth.. Even super invasive procedures that you do not need. - when they find a minor problem - they will talk to you and make you feel like your teeth will fall apart if they can't collect $ from you. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! money hungry!!! they will make you do services that you do not need. and when you need something they will try to add on things.... THERES NO WAY TO TRUST hat those doctors say. i tried going there several times and i always have the same experience. GOES WITHOUT MENTION THAT THEY WILL SUPER CHARGE YOU ON YOUR INSURANCE. they charge almost double to your insurance if you have one, and go there you might as well pay in cash.... THEY WILL CLEAN YOU CAP!

Awful experience here. Had a root canal performed that I ended up having to go see an endodontist to fix the shoddy work they did here.

Do not go to this dentist. After paying $150 out of pocket for a routine baby tooth pull I was told my insurance didn't fully cover. I was surprised to come back for another visit to be told I didn't pay the services in full and still owed an additional 45 dollars. This is the second time this happens to me with them. All I can say is good luck collecting.

Well I came here and i had a pain in the back of my mouth on the left side all the way in the back and i wanted to know what was wrong with me, so i got here had a few x-rays done and they tell me my wisdom tooth is coming out, so they said they will remove it, and then they told me they will remove the other three wisdom teeth but those other three teeth were fine, so at the time i was (okay) - i didn't really know wisdom teeth pain until i got injected 8 times for pain, and they ended up removing all of them, they didn't s... read more
