"We care for people...Not just Teeth" is their motto, this is not what I experienced with them. My last four appointments with them I have had to wait an hour to be seen. What's the point of having a appointment when you are kept waiting for hours. I feel they care more about the cash in their pockets than they care for their patients. My husband had to wait an hour for a cleaning two weeks in a row. Went to their office for Invisalign or braces consultation. Staff was very friendly but they have a whole row of women in cubicles who deal with the financing. After my consult with the Doctor I had to wait 30mins to speak to someone about payments/pricing. She tells me that my insurance doesn't cover anything when they supposedly accept it. Then I ask how much the treatment is and she says $6500 and that I will have it for 2 years. After that appointment I go to visit 3 more dentists, who say it costs between $4500-$5500 an... read more

I was a patient years ago, and have held back on writing a review out of fear, since I did my Invisalign here and didn't want bad relations in case I ever had to go back for Invisalign reasons. Now that I know I will never go back there for any reason, here is my review. This place is more concerned about how much you're paying than your actual needs and treatment. Stay far away from them worst place I have ever been to.I went to them only because it was an emergency and I was in a lot of pain. They told me I needed a root canal on a specific tooth. I could barely even understand them so I just couldn't trust them. They begged me to come back tomorrow and had the nerve to ask me to leave a deposit for a future visit. They said they were gonna prescribe me pain killers and antibiotics. They said I have to pay a $45 fee specifically for them to just prescribe me medication. They said it ... read more
