I was abruptly stopped in the PDC elevator by staff member and asked for feedback ... here goes. 2 STARS - my son's fill in has came out twice. (Within 1 year). When I asked why this happened, the girl on the phone says that "dr is no longer here." - infact there is alot of hygenists and Dr's that are "no longer there". I have 2 boys and through the years, we were under the observation of a particular Dr , but when we come back they are no longer here. (Dr. Yusaf- where did you go?) I called this place and asked if they took my insurance . They said they take my insurance and would have to check. I went in for a dental emergency. I had an abscess from a tooth infection in my nose. Dr did X-rays prescribed penicillin. And told me to take Advil. I told him I have stomach ulcers. Told me to take Tylenol. I couldn't believe the how he lacked empathy and compassion . Then they charged me $80. Never again. Beware. Maybe he's different if paying cash.

This dental office is very competent. However, I have been waiting close to 4 weeks now for a confirmation on a requested refund. I was told the appropriate person to approve such refund is out of the country and will return mid-May. I will wait until then to completely post my experience. There is more to this office than 'meets the eye'. But I hope they prove me wrong.

They made me wait so long before they finally took a look at me. Then they took all the necessary x-rays and then had me wait for 15-20 minutes so that their treatment coordinator could discuss my treatment plan. She told me I would have to pay over $500 just for some fillings and extractions. And then when I asked if they took my insurance or if it would cover any of the expenses, she proceeded to tell me that they only accept PPO or private insurances not governmental. I'm a full-time college student- do I look like I have... read more

Very persistent!!! Not interested in the services they offer and they continue to send promotional information when I have asked them to remove my name from their mailing list. Staff are rude and not very helpful when you call the office.
