Went to their office for Invisalign or braces consultation. Staff was very friendly but they have a whole row of women in cubicles who deal with the financing. After my consult with the Doctor I had to wait 30mins to speak to someone about payments/pricing. She tells me that my insurance doesn't cover anything when they supposedly accept it. Stay far away from them worst place I have ever been to.I went to them only because it was an emergency and I was in a lot of pain. They told me I needed a root canal on a specific tooth. I could barely even understand them so I just couldn't trust them. They begged me to come back tomorrow and had the nerve to ask me to leave a deposit for a future visit. They said they were gonna prescribe me pain killers and antibiotics. They said I have to pay a $45 fee specifically for them to just prescribe me medication. They said it ... read more
