This place is solely concerned with money. I gave them 2 stars because I believe the hygienists do a great job but everyone else is the absolute worst. The dentist are always recommending procedures you really dont need (i.e. fillings, scalings, etc); I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told I didnt need any of these procedures. The admin staff constantly calls you asking to schedule your next appointment, nearly to the point of harassment. And the billing department misleads you into thinking you need... read more
Dont ever come here! I had massive amount of work done, spent a few thousand after insurance. Did root canal and crown. Then did regular cleaning. Doctor said i have 6-7 fillings that need work asap. I go to dentist every 6 months never any issue. Once a while I need a filling. 6 months earlier no problem. Then suddenly 6 fillings!? I didnt think much so I did it. Big mistake. Dentist drilled way too deep. Not sure if he filled correctly after. Massive teeth pain. Cant even eat. I read another review on this page that the... read more

"We care for people...Not just Teeth" is their motto, this is not what I experienced with them. My last four appointments with them I have had to wait an hour to be seen. What's the point of having a appointment when you are kept waiting for hours. I feel they care more about the cash in their pockets than they care for their patients. My husband had to wait an hour for a cleaning two weeks in a row. Went to their office for Invisalign or braces consultation. Staff was very friendly but they have a whole row of women in cubicles who deal with the financing. After my consult with the Doctor I had to wait 30mins to speak to someone about payments/pricing. She tells me that my insurance doesn't cover anything when they supposedly accept it. Then I ask how much the treatment is and she says $6500 and that I will have it for 2 years. After that appointment I go to visit 3 more dentists, who say it costs between $4500-$5500 an... read more

I was a patient years ago, and have held back on writing a review out of fear, since I did my Invisalign here and didn't want bad relations in case I ever had to go back for Invisalign reasons. Now that I know I will never go back there for any reason, here is my review. This place is more concerned about how much you're paying than your actual needs and treatment.
