This place does not care about their patients. They try to pressure you to undergo unnecessary procedures. Something is definitely not right if you spend more time discussing payment and loans rather than seeing a dentist. They continue to harass me by calling and sending mail for an appointment even though I have not had an appointment there for over two years. I would definitely avoid Preferred Dental.

I've been there twice. I will say, I understand what other review was saying about they pressure you to do more and they maybe a tad rude. Well, there are some ok and not ok things here. Depending how you are, u may be ok with it. I would try another place, if I need one again. I had an open root canal, I was concern bacteria will built up in there. So when they took that one out, they want to take the next one, because that one was cracked. They was saying it would hurt. The point was one of them was hurting. People... read more

Don't go!!! They don't deserve one star! They are so rude and command me to come and pay the bill from my own pocket!!! They even called my husband to push me come! What the hell? Worst staff, worst management, worst service ever!!!

WORST DENTIST OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! The orthodontist has no idea what she's doing I had my braces on from 8th grade to 12th grade!! Which I had to demand them to take off because I refused to go to college with my braces on and they only took off my top row. It was a hassle to get my retainer, and I never made an appointment to go back. I literally have to now redo my whole treatment at a different place now which seems way better and they told me that my roots are shortened due to whatever the hell the ortho was doin... read more

I have been going here for a few years until recently a line of credit through Wells Fargo for braces was opened up without my knowledge as I inquired about payment options with Nicole. I was very clear that day I was not committing to any payment options yet even as I walked out. Sadly I will not be coming back here, business integrity is very important. Spoke with manager Nandanie and also filed formal complaints with all bureaus.
