I have never written a review but I went out of my way to create an account just to write this up because I am very angry. I had been going here for a few years and been paying for a routine clean up out of pocket which was expensive. This transaction was done each time by their financial consultants which by the way ive never seen this done at a dentist office. it was horrible! they told me they took my insurance which they didn't and once I got there they tried to make me pay out of pocket...She told me I had 3 cavities which when I went to a different dentist the following week he said I only had one. She's all about the money! so if you need a dentist you can trust its definitely NOT THIS OFFICE.

This dental office is horrible, they are always calling me to tell me they want me to make an appointment. The dentist was not very nice had a mean face and mean demeanor. The receptionist was rude when i got there. They always send me postcards in the mail So Annoying!! They also have their staff write reviews....

This dental office is horrible, they are always calling me to tell me they want me to make an appointment. The dentist was not very nice had a mean face and mean demeanor. This place does not care about their patients. They try to pressure you to undergo unnecessary procedures. Something is definitely not right if you spend more time discussing payment and loans rather than seeing a dentist. They continue to harass me by calling and sending mail for an appointment even though I have not had an appointment there for over two years. I would definitely avoid Preferred Dental.

Depending how you are, u may be ok with it. I would try another place, if I need one again. I had an open root canal, I was concern bacteria will built up in there.
