WORST DENTIST OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! The orthodontist has no idea what she's doing I had my braces on from 8th grade to 12th grade!! Which I had to demand them to take off because I refused to go to college with my braces on and they only took off my top row. It was a hassle to get my retainer, and I never made an appointment to go back. I literally have to now redo my whole treatment at a different place now which seems way better and they told me that my roots are shortened due to whatever the hell the ortho was doin... read more

I have been going here for a few years until recently a line of credit through Wells Fargo for braces was opened up without my knowledge as I inquired about payment options with Nicole. I was very clear that day I was not committing to any payment options yet even as I walked out. Sadly I will not be coming back here, business integrity is very important. Spoke with manager Nandanie and also filed formal complaints with all bureaus.

When I got there I was surprised and upset to find no place to park as I was told there would be so I had to park in the hospital's parking lot while risking being towed. Worst place ever! Bunch of scam artists work here. My mom was hesitated in choosing this place for me to get my braces done and I could've told exactly why. They didn't accepted my insurance but my mom still got me my clear braces and we paid out of our pockets. We blew close to 7K on my clear braces here. Dr. Hasami she is a very sweet and friendly lady, and her assistant maria is such a sweetheart as well. What I hated was the wait.
