So bad!!! If your insurance is accepted elsewhere, pick elsewhere!!! Even if it means going through two tunnels and two bridges. Just stay away from this place. They do poor implant job! And the dental implant dentist has poor chair side manner and poor professional skills! Unfortunately, I started here so I'm stuck! The owner is nice and sweet --- the rest, BAD!

This place only care about money. I had my root canal done there last year. At first they told me they accept my insurance so I agreed for the treatment. I paid 25%of my bill as per my insurance and after 6 months post treatment I get statement that I still need to pay them another 350$!!!! And when you call them the insurance specialist Nandini tells me that since they don't accept my insurance it's out of network fees that I have to pay out of my pocket..! The doctor barely listened to my problem. The water in the sink went down very slowly and i couldn't even spill out another sip of water. The chair had a big tear in the middle and the fabric exposed. The assistant who gave me the x-ray didn't even bother to adjust the seat and I had to jump off the chair. It was very uncomfortable when the film being put in the mouth for the x-ray. The dentist looked at me like asking why i was there, and he didn't even bother to adjust the chair either.

THE WORST! They seem friendly and nice but it's all a facade till they get your money!!! AVOID THEM BY ALL MEANS!!!! They are not time conscious, they're rude, they're liars and only care about your money... I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars with these people and I STILL need to see a REAL DENTIST!!! You would regret it like I have. There are more negative reviews on preferred dental for a reason! It's a SCAMMMM!!! RUUUNNNNN!!!! NO STAR

Pros: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Appointments for general dentistry is fairly easy to obtain. They're very good with follow ups and reminding you of regular maintenance. Cons: the wait time to see the dentist/orthodontist is incredible. Based on my experience, I would rate their dental/ortho work a C-. Three years after my last appointment, I am still replacing fill-ins and re-doing ortho. Very important to so your homework when seeking dental work!!!
