Worst place ever! Bunch of scam artists work here. My mom was hesitated in choosing this place for me to get my braces done and I could've told exactly why. They didn't accepted my insurance but my mom still got me my clear braces and we paid out of our pockets. We blew close to 7K on my clear braces here. Dr. Hasami she is a very sweet and friendly lady, and her assistant maria is such a sweetheart as well. What I hated was the wait. Is it possible to give half a star ? After my terrible review which was obviously true, they contacted me soon after trying to speak to me to take this review down. WTF? Who does that ? instead of trying to cover your tracks fix your customer service and stop scamming people.

I have never written a review until I went to this place. The place is nicer than most dentist offices and I let that trump all the bad reviews, but they were all right. I went in for minor tooth pain and was told I needed a root canal costing $3000 ASAP. And, that was the extent of the conversation from the dentist: she looked at my Xray, told me I would be in massive pain very soon and sent me down to talk to a consultant to pay for it. I've never been treated like that at a doctor's office so I went for a second opinion... read more

So bad!!! If your insurance is accepted elsewhere, pick elsewhere!!! Even if it means going through two tunnels and two bridges. Just stay away from this place. They do poor implant job! And the dental implant dentist has poor chair side manner and poor professional skills! Unfortunately, I started here so I'm stuck! The owner is nice and sweet --- the rest, BAD!

I paid 25%of my bill as per my insurance and after 6 months post treatment I get statement that I still need to pay them another 350$!!!! And when you call them the insurance specialist Nandini tells me that since they don't accept my insurance it's out of network fees that I have to pay out of my pocket..!
