This dental office is very competent. However, I have been waiting close to 4 weeks now for a confirmation on a requested refund. I was told the appropriate person to approve such refund is out of the country and will return mid-May. I will wait until then to completely post my experience. There is more to this office than 'meets the eye'. But I hope they prove me wrong.

They made me wait so long before they finally took a look at me. Then they took all the necessary x-rays and then had me wait for 15-20 minutes so that their treatment coordinator could discuss my treatment plan. She told me I would have to pay over $500 just for some fillings and extractions. And then when I asked if they took my insurance or if it would cover any of the expenses, she proceeded to tell me that they only accept PPO or private insurances not governmental. Very persistent!!! Not interested in the services they offer and they continue to send promotional information when I have asked them to remove my name from their mailing list. Staff are rude and not very helpful when you call the office.

RUDE receptionist here named Sara couldn't accommodate for 2 appointments rescheduling them for another day I don't even care pick another day it's not a big deal! But obviously the girl couldn't handle doing that. Started to get loud with me over the phone when I asked why is the girl who picked up the phone was being so difficult. This place is solely concerned with money. I gave them 2 stars because I believe the hygienists do a great job but everyone else is the absolute worst. The dentist are always recommending procedures you really dont need (i.e. fillings, scalings, etc); I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told I didnt need any of these procedures. The admin staff constantly calls you asking to schedule your next appointment, nearly to the point of harassment. And the billing department misleads you into thinking you need... read more
