My first visit, the staff were professional, warm and welcoming. The consultation went well. The work to be done totaling $15,000. I was then told of various comparisons where by I could apply for a loan, I respectfully declined. I didn't want to accumulate a debt. So my plan was to purchase a dental savings plan, save on the $15,000, then pay the remainder off in cash. Well my plan was dead in the water. Terrible customer service. The hygienist are thorough and do a great job with cleaning but the staff is overly pushy about getting you to make your next appointment even if you cant keep the date plus, when I got out of a wisdom tooth removal the lady tried to shove an online survey in my face about my experience on the spot. She told me to do it before leaving as if I couldn't do it at home. I literally just got out of oral surgery. What the hell. They had me pay up front for the surgery because apparently they work with m... read more

Terrible customer service. I have never written a Yelp review. I'm making an acception here if it prevents someone from being taken advantage of. I had a wisdom tooth grow in and could not get a hold of my regular dentist. I was no longer in pain by the time my appointment rolled in but figured I'd check these guys out especially since the tooth was growing next to a broken molar. They did x-rays and said I would need to have 2 implants done (my previous dentist had recommended I look into 1 crown regarding the same issue) Everyone was very nice so di... read more

I'm a new patient. I like doctor Trevedi, She is friendly, capable And professional. And so is the rest of the friendly, staff. My review is based on one particular surgeon who will never, ever touch my teeth again! My cleaning went well and then I Needed an extraction, Bad wisdom tooth. There are 2 surgeons. One, Doctor Miur is excellent! And The other one should not be working on horses! He is only in on Wednesdays and has no chairside manner whatsoever. Is Rough, rude and incompetent. Preferred rip off care! I needed a serious dental work,involved tooth extraction,bone crafting,and tooth implant. They gave me bill of $6.370.They even adviced me to get bank loans if I need it! I found an OTHER place,where my insurance covered the tooth extraction,and they charged me for the rest $1800,plus offered me monthly payments directly,without bank involved! Stay away from Preferred Dental Care!
