There were a lot of dental office visit firsts for me today. As I sat in the dental patient chair I heard a voice say, "I am Dr Trivetti." That was it - no visual presentation. I had to ask him to change his location from behind me to in front of me, in order that I might see him for the first time. I have had my dental plan for about 16 years. This is the first time I was ever asked to make a $35 co-payment for a dental cleaning and X-rays. The plastic coverings at the bottom of at least 2 different dental chairs ... read more

Worse service EVER. Reviews are fake and because I want to go to another dentist the lady was so nasty saying that in order for me to get my X Rays sent to another dentist that I would have to PAY for them if i wanted them transferred which is ILLEGAL so please BEWARE. The lady on the phone was super rude. Take your business somewhere else like to Dental 365 before fooling with this unprofessional mess they better be lucky the other place isnt charging me for my X Rays!!!! Fake 5 star reviews from fake customers This place is a total rip off! My dentist was on vacation so I came to Preferred Dental Care for a cleaning and check up they took x-rays of my teeth and found so many problems and gave me a bill of $8000 to fix whatever needed to be done. And kept constantly calling me almost every day to make an appointment and rob my money, To the point where I had to block every single one of their numbers because they don't stop calling I went back to my primary dentist 3 months later for cleaning... read more

SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING! It says they provide a free x-ray and oral exam and I did that in August, its October and they are charging me for what they claimed to be free for new patients. They NEVER told me I had to pay for anything. I went to another dentist and they did the SAME EXACT procedure and they told me it was free of charge. They also walked me through what would happen, which this place did not. I was abruptly stopped in the PDC elevator by staff member and asked for feedback ... here goes. 2 STARS - my son's fill in has came out twice. (Within 1 year). When I asked why this happened, the girl on the phone says that "dr is no longer here." - infact there is alot of hygenists and Dr's that are "no longer there".
