I have never written a Yelp review. I'm making an acception here if it prevents someone from being taken advantage of. I had a wisdom tooth grow in and could not get a hold of my regular dentist. I was no longer in pain by the time my appointment rolled in but figured I'd check these guys out especially since the tooth was growing next to a broken molar. I'm a new patient. I like doctor Trevedi, She is friendly, capable And professional. And so is the rest of the friendly, staff. My review is based on one particular surgeon who will never, ever touch my teeth again! My cleaning went well and then I Needed an extraction, Bad wisdom tooth. There are 2 surgeons. One, Doctor Miur is excellent! And The other one should not be working on horses! He is only in on Wednesdays and has no chairside manner whatsoever. Is Rough, rude and incompetent. Preferred rip off care! I needed a serious dental work,involved tooth extraction,bone crafting,and tooth implant. They gave me bill of $6.370.They even adviced me to get bank loans if I need it! I found an OTHER place,where my insurance covered the tooth extraction,and they charged me for the rest $1800,plus offered me monthly payments directly,without bank involved! Stay away from Preferred Dental Care!

There were a lot of dental office visit firsts for me today. As I sat in the dental patient chair I heard a voice say, "I am Dr Trivetti." That was it - no visual presentation. I had to ask him to change his location from behind me to in front of me, in order that I might see him for the first time. I have had my dental plan for about 16 years. This is the first time I was ever asked to make a $35 co-payment for a dental cleaning and X-rays. The plastic coverings at the bottom of at least 2 different dental chairs ... read more

Worse service EVER. Reviews are fake and because I want to go to another dentist the lady was so nasty saying that in order for me to get my X Rays sent to another dentist that I would have to PAY for them if i wanted them transferred which is ILLEGAL so please BEWARE. The lady on the phone was super rude. Take your business somewhere else like to Dental 365 before fooling with this unprofessional mess they better be lucky the other place isnt charging me for my X Rays!!!!
