I had an emergency on a Friday night... emailed the office, got a call back within the hour, and, had an appointment for the next morning! All I had to do was get through the night. I survived and went on my way. Well, the experience was beyond my expectations; kind, polite, knowledgeable, compassionate and, best of all? comforting. Truly amazed and will be back and definitely, definitely recommend! Thank you so much for today you rock.

Great experience with Dr. P and the preferred dental staff! Seamless, straight forward and great music playlist to enjoy while getting my teeth done! Most comfortable vibe for a dentist's office I've ever experienced!

I've had the best experience here. The staff is extremely polite. I want to wholeheartedly recommend this place. I was In & Out in a fashionable manner. The wait time is short and the staff made sure to explain exactly what was going on. Honestly the place is clean, the ambiance is nice. It has been two days since my visit and my primary concern is GONE!

On the bright side, the staff is friendly and smiled a lot. The cleaning I had was gentle. The doctor seemed nice and attentive though I didn't have anything done other than X-rays and cleaning. On the negative side, while making the appointment on the phone, I was assured that they took almost all insurance plans. When I got to the office, I filled out some forms and gave my insurance card to the front desk attendant. I was then escorted to the consultation room by a very nice attendant who gave me my X-rays. I don't usually write reviews but this dental care office deserves it. Yesterday mid-afternoon I experienced EXTREME amount of pain in my damaged tooth. This happened to me a year ago and now that it happened again I decided to part ways with the tooth. After researching to find an open facility or an emergency extraction I was only able to locate Preferred Dental Care. THREE HOURS AWAY. I live in Delaware and it was definitely worth the trip.
