On the bright side, the staff is friendly and smiled a lot. The cleaning I had was gentle. The doctor seemed nice and attentive though I didn't have anything done other than X-rays and cleaning. On the negative side, while making the appointment on the phone, I was assured that they took almost all insurance plans. When I got to the office, I filled out some forms and gave my insurance card to the front desk attendant. I was then escorted to the consultation room by a very nice attendant who gave me my X-rays. I don't usually write reviews but this dental care office deserves it. Yesterday mid-afternoon I experienced EXTREME amount of pain in my damaged tooth. This happened to me a year ago and now that it happened again I decided to part ways with the tooth. After researching to find an open facility or an emergency extraction I was only able to locate Preferred Dental Care. THREE HOURS AWAY. I live in Delaware and it was definitely worth the trip. When I found out my normal hygienist moved, I was so hesitant to get my teeth cleaned...but Yineeta was GREAT... EVEN BETTER than I was used to! I didn't feel a thing. Looking forward to my next cleaning! As always, thank you Preferred Dental!

Nice staff and dentists but I think they over prescribe procedures. I hate to say no, just in case, but mostly feel that I could have waited.
