Very disappointed in this office ! All they care about is money ! My insurance covered my visit yet they charged me for it anyways and won't give me my money back ! Plus they lied saying I needed thousands of dollars in dental work which I don't need ! Needless to say I will not be returning to this office and I don't not recommend coming here unless you want them to rip you off big time . Wish I could give zero stars .
Wanted to put no stars but wouldn't let me. This office is a joke. Total thieves and if you want drama this is the place to come !! You will receive calls almost daily and the prices they quoted for treatment are outrageous! Do yourself a favor and don't come here for the hassle. Just want to warn everyone!!
This office is a total ripoff !! Stay away!! Price gouging and pressure sales to the max. Was so appalled with the prices and claims I had 11 cavities. Got a second opinion, only had I cavity and prices way better at competitor! Beware before you step in this office!!! So glad I made another appointment. I simply came to this facility for a quarterly teeth cleaning. However, after my teeth were x-rayed, Dr. Ervin Calvo's high pressure sales assault made me feel like a hostage at a used car lot or pushy time-share resort. Ervin generated and presented me with a $9,000 bill for dental work he recommended. I declined, but agreed to schedule to have two cavities repaired. So disappointed. I really liked the office staff and Dr. Calvo. I went to them based on the Yelp reviews. What I didn't like was feeling taken advantage of in my time of need. I went in with a broken tooth. I had expectations of having the tooth extracted. I called prior to my visit and discussed extraction prices and I was quoted $70-300. They didn't even do a full dental exam, which should have been included in my price. Instead they did a one tooth exam and one x-ray.
