I took my daughter to this place for braces the doctor told me before he could start treatment she needed to do some fillings and a crown. He said my daughter had 8 cavities, I told him she had a cleaning a few weeks ago, but keep in mind ever since she was a child we never missed a single cleaning. I was not satisfied and took my daughter to 3 different Orthodontists none of them found cavities or that she required a crown. These people only care about the money, not your health. Money was not the issue, the issue was the ... read more

I had a horrendous experience here. Let me preface by saying after i filled out the paperwork and before i was even seen by the doctor, they charged me $60 copay. They said they were giving me a first timer deal or whatever because they usually charge $80- that was my first red flag. Then after paying that amount they still had me waiting a good hour or so before i had to ask how much longer it would take and miraculously a room opened up and i was finally able to be seen. Then as i was waiting in the room several of the den... read more

Very bad experience, their actual dentist service changed since my previous visit for the worse. I've been going there every three months for over 4 years. Used to be the best place in town, all front line employees are still great, always with a smile and willing to help, they know how to do their job, they do their best to make you feel like family. But sadly when comes to the actual service, there is a new young dentist (can't remember his name but he's the new one there, perhaps a new owner?, because I didn't see Dr.... read more

Took a day off of work for my appointment. When I give them my ID and insurance card (which they already had on file), they tell me they no longer accept my insurance plan. They had sent me texts for 4 days as reminders, but could not take the time to text me with the fact that I was not insured. Maybe they thought that because I am old, I would just say go ahead anyway. Terrible experience. However, after reading all of the other reviews, I'm thankful for not going any further.

They were friendly, but gave me a price for a crown and partial bridge, then before the work was done they said i needed another crown on the upper teeth to secure my partial bridge the price went from $1350.00 to $4763.00 Needless to say i am looking for another dentist. Beware they do not try to do the same scam on you.

I went to Sunbrite Dental in 10/2022. I went for an exam, ex-rays and a cleaning. Sunbrite was in my network. They came up with an unbelievable amount of work I needed ASAP. To the tune of over 4K. They stressed I needed a root canal and a crown immediately. I thought since my filling had fallen out during the height of Covid. I would only need to get it refilled. Nope. They insisted I needed a crown. They collected $1926.00 for the root canal and the crown on the very first visit. I got the root canal and fitted for my cro... read more

I specifically chose this dentist because I was told they do sedation. I Arrived to my appointment 10 mins early, was greeted. There was another patients paperwork in my packet. It took about 20 mins to go to the back. I'm asked about the implant I want and I told her I never asked or wanted one. She then asks if I want my tooth extracted. I told her I never did and on my paperwork it says i would like as little work as possible. The girl tells me I need a photo to start and I tell her I'm declining. She looks very confused... read more

First I want to say that I wasted a vacation day at work to go to this office. My 13 yr son and I always go together for our appointments. We were both new patients. The hygienist tried to claim that my sons gums were inflamed and he needed a speciality cleaning not covered by the insurance. I highly disagree with because my son has braces and sees the orthodontist once a month. They have never said to me that my sons gums were inflamed. They are healthy and the normal color. They do not bleed when he brushes them nor has he... read more
