Dr. Calvo and his team are simply amazing. Not only were they able to accommodate my schedule, but they also worked with me to ensure that I was receiving the best price through my insurance. Dr. Calvo did a procedure that required injected anesthesia and I didn't feel a thing. He also performed a cosmetic dental procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Dr. Avalos and staff are so awesome! Very friendly. Dr. Avalos check tooth by tooth and explain to me all the work my kids need to get done she was fun with my kids so were the staff. They answered all my questions and I'm definitely going to refer this place to My family and friends And if you have kids that need work bring them here I highly recommend Dr.Avalos she is great!
As a child, I didn't receive much dental care growing up. There are only a handful of times that I went to the dentist, and those visits were usually for emergencies. As soon as I became an adult, I went to a dentist to get cavities filled and a cleaning. The placed hacked me up. My usual dentist was out of town when i chipped my front tooth. Dr. Calvo saw me the next morning. Not only did he do a BEAUTIFUL job on my left front tooth; he didn't hurt me at all. They have NETFIX! I know. Seems like a minor thing. However, it was so nice to watch Orange is the New Black durning dental work. Staff as great. Everything was great!
I want to give a shout out to the fantastic team over at sunbrite for seeing me on short notice and providing me the correct information about my botched wisdom tooth extraction. Their front desk receptionist was AMAZING. Thank you. :) we really appreciate you and the time you took to see us and listening to our concerns and questions. I got a voicemail from a receptionist from this place that left me a rude voicemail says I don't want to deal with this tomorrow I don't want to deal with this tomorrow , if your a new patient or or you been here before , bring you insurance card tomorrow 10 Minutes before your appointment, so after hearing that voicemail I will not being going to the appointment or making any kind of appointment at this location again I don't need anyone being rude saying I don't want to deal with this tomorrow well keep your rude self away... read more
So let me explain more in details what happened. I had gum disease but that lady doctor who has NO SKILLS and NO MORALS wanted me to remove all my teeth because she said "we are all going to lose our teeth one day anyways"?? wtf??? So she doesn't do any laser treatment for gums or anything like that. I asked if with my teeth she would have removed health teeth for gum disease and she said "NO!" She can't do anything or simply won't. I had an infection and she refused to treat it because she rather remove all my teeth...... read more
BEWARE! their ONLY goal is to upsell. go in for a routine cleaning that's covered by insurance? they will come up with any excuse on why they can't do it it then come at you with all sorts of things you need to pay for. I spent 40$ in uber rides to get there and back for what I thought was a cleaning. got zero work done and no doubt a charge to my insurance. If you're looking for good work from an HONEST company you've come to the wrong place
Quality of dental work is just not there. Myself and my family members have had dental work done and thought we were getting good dental care. Crowns aren't being sealed properly and decay is getting underneath which are only lasting a couple of years and having to have them replaced and redone and extractions. For the amount they charge I expect better quality care than this.
