I waisted my time to be told that my dental work would be over 40,000 for caps! don't come here, trust me, it's like car dealer ship they don't care about the patient they care about the money don't waiste your time.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback. We do comprehensive exams on every new patient. During this exam, we look at our patients' radiographs and their teeth. Unfortunately, when teeth continue to decay over a period of time, the decay can become widespread and multiple teeth will need dental work to stop the decay. We will always present the best treatment plan for the patient in which we will inform the patient the comprehensive treatment needed to save their natural teeth and prevent future tooth loss.

Took a day off of work for my appointment. When I give them my ID and insurance card (which they already had on file), they tell me they no longer accept my insurance plan. They had sent me texts for 4 days as reminders, but could not take the time to text me with the fact that I was not insured. Maybe they thought that because I am old, I would just say go ahead anyway. Terrible experience. However, after reading all of the other reviews, I'm thankful for not going any further.

They were friendly, but gave me a price for a crown and partial bridge, then before the work was done they said i needed another crown on the upper teeth to secure my partial bridge the price went from $1350.00 to $4763.00 Needless to say i am looking for another dentist. Beware they do not try to do the same scam on you.

I went to Sunbrite Dental in 10/2022. I went for an exam, ex-rays and a cleaning. Sunbrite was in my network. They came up with an unbelievable amount of work I needed ASAP. To the tune of over 4K. They stressed I needed a root canal and a crown immediately. I thought since my filling had fallen out during the height of Covid. I would only need to get it refilled. Nope. They insisted I needed a crown. They collected $1926.00 for the root canal and the crown on the very first visit. I got the root canal and fitted for my cro... read more

I specifically chose this dentist because I was told they do sedation. I Arrived to my appointment 10 mins early, was greeted. There was another patients paperwork in my packet. It took about 20 mins to go to the back. I'm asked about the implant I want and I told her I never asked or wanted one. She then asks if I want my tooth extracted. I told her I never did and on my paperwork it says i would like as little work as possible. The girl tells me I need a photo to start and I tell her I'm declining. She looks very confused... read more

First I want to say that I wasted a vacation day at work to go to this office. My 13 yr son and I always go together for our appointments. We were both new patients. The hygienist tried to claim that my sons gums were inflamed and he needed a speciality cleaning not covered by the insurance. I highly disagree with because my son has braces and sees the orthodontist once a month. They have never said to me that my sons gums were inflamed. They are healthy and the normal color. They do not bleed when he brushes them nor has he... read more

Very nice and friendly staff, But make sure you have options before you sing anything here. Came for the first time after a long time of not visiting the dentist told them I pretty much wanted to get my teeth healthy ,no problem there . They showed me everything I needed to get done , Price was around 10k for everything I said okay They tap out the insurance and I finance the remaining around 7500 (this was my huge mistake please have options and don't just go for the first thing they show you) They had told me it was g... read more

Business response:

We are disheartened by this review because dental health is the number-one priority for our patients. We hope readers understand we will not disclose a patient’s dental information because we will not violate the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. We can only share that in our experience, a first-time patient’s dental health varies. This can be for different reasons like correct regular tooth brushing, flossing and visits to the dentist for cleaning and cavity fillings. Depending on the dental insurance pla... read more
