They didn't finish my dental bridge because they tricked me Saying they took Medicare and I'm paying for something they didn't finish Just gave me temporary bridges And paying 5000.00 from the loan they made me sign. Taking advantage Of senior citizen on a set income.called the loan company and give the run around they didn't help me filing a complaint with the dental board of Nevada
This company provides great service, but is deeply untrustworthy and questionable when it comes to billing and charges; doesn't seem they're honest about their prices and what the insurance actually covers just to get make sure they get paid at the customers' expense.
I got a voicemail from a receptionist from this place that left me a rude voicemail says I don't want to deal with this tomorrow I don't want to deal with this tomorrow , if your a new patient or or you been here before , bring you insurance card tomorrow 10 Minutes before your appointment, so after hearing that voicemail I will not being going to the appointment or making any kind of appointment at this location again I don't need anyone being rude saying I don't want to deal with this tomorrow well keep your rude self away... read more
So let me explain more in details what happened. I had gum disease but that lady doctor who has NO SKILLS and NO MORALS wanted me to remove all my teeth because she said "we are all going to lose our teeth one day anyways"?? wtf??? So she doesn't do any laser treatment for gums or anything like that. I asked if with my teeth she would have removed health teeth for gum disease and she said "NO!" She can't do anything or simply won't. I had an infection and she refused to treat it because she rather remove all my teeth...... read more
BEWARE! their ONLY goal is to upsell. go in for a routine cleaning that's covered by insurance? they will come up with any excuse on why they can't do it it then come at you with all sorts of things you need to pay for. I spent 40$ in uber rides to get there and back for what I thought was a cleaning. got zero work done and no doubt a charge to my insurance. If you're looking for good work from an HONEST company you've come to the wrong place

Quality of dental work is just not there. Myself and my family members have had dental work done and thought we were getting good dental care. Crowns aren't being sealed properly and decay is getting underneath which are only lasting a couple of years and having to have them replaced and redone and extractions. For the amount they charge I expect better quality care than this.
The receptionist are top tier!!! The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in an office. The reason for my rating is the work I got done from the dentist. I got a root canal done and a cavity fill. I got work done in November 2024 and since I have been back and forth since with pain from the same root canal. After I got to work done, no one instructed me about any aftercare. Literally right after they finished they said nothing about any antibiotics or Tylenol to take. They tried over charging me on work I need done. Went to another dentist because I was in dire needs for they charged me 140 when sunbrite TRIED to charge me 2500 with insurance. All of it was some underhand stuff going told me the day of my appointment I could give them 1000 dollars and after my appointment I need to come up with more
Horrible unprofessional place before I came there. I called to see if they took Medicare after filling out lots of paperwork looking at a picture of a lady rotten teeth and almost vomit. I've been in there two hours and they said they do not take Medicare very unprofessional.
