The receptionist are top tier!!! The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in an office. The reason for my rating is the work I got done from the dentist. I got a root canal done and a cavity fill. I got work done in November 2024 and since I have been back and forth since with pain from the same root canal. After I got to work done, no one instructed me about any aftercare. Literally right after they finished they said nothing about any antibiotics or Tylenol to take. They tried over charging me on work I need done. Went to another dentist because I was in dire needs for they charged me 140 when sunbrite TRIED to charge me 2500 with insurance. All of it was some underhand stuff going told me the day of my appointment I could give them 1000 dollars and after my appointment I need to come up with more
Horrible unprofessional place before I came there. I called to see if they took Medicare after filling out lots of paperwork looking at a picture of a lady rotten teeth and almost vomit. I've been in there two hours and they said they do not take Medicare very unprofessional.
The wife is the scariest person I ever had to talk to. During my visit, she announced to 4 different people they needed implants including 2 that seemed to be in their 20s. Fair enough, my spouse went there 6 months ago and was told he needs implants too: impossible
First of all, I don't think this place is even close to a 5 star, They probably hire their friends and family to give them a 5 star! They would waste your time asking for you insurance and wouldn't even bother using it because towards the end of the day they would try to make you pay out of pocket! this is your a new clients! the only clients i see there is mainly people who walk their or take the bus i hardly seen anyone drive their and park their to get their service. I will never use them again. I can't see someone I don't trust. It's unfortunate because it took me too long to see them for who they are!
Me and my husband went here for a short time for our bridge and regular cleaning. We stop coming to their office because our insurance wasn't accepted to their office anymore. My husband was diagnosed with kidney failure and to be able to be put in the transplant list one of the requirements is to have a dental clearance with the dentist. Since mostly dental clinics had a long wait for new patient, we have decided to just go here and pay doctors visit and regular cleaning out of our pocket so they can sign. This office came highly recommended. To bad they and treated us poorly. The office manager's attitude in particular was very rude and disrespectful towards us. I will never recommended this office to any one.
I was going to this dentist for 2 years and even recommended my husband and a couple family members to this Dentist. I love their care and attention to my concerns but just recently they changed their policy to charge the patient First and have me get reimbursement from my insurance. The front office said it's because We the patients get paid faster than the insurance company will pay to them.
