I was expecting a cleaning with the actual tools (picks/explorer) that dentists usually use. Instead what I got was 2 minutes of water sprinkling using ultra sonic scaler that barely touched the back of mouth. I thought she was breaking the calculus to get started with perio-picks but that was the end of the service and she gave fluoride polish. Horrible experience! They made me wait for 1 hour and never gave an apology for the waiting time. Only when I proactively when to the receptionist to ask for an explanation they said that they were sorry for the wait.. Honestly not only a bad experience but the place is messy and disorganized. Avoid at all cost! I would give 0 stars if I could!
I had a groupon and went in for a cleaning. They took me in 50 minutes late and then the cleaning was the fastest and most incomplete on I have ever had. It took about 4 minutes. The they about 3 spots of cleaning and then snapped some x rays. They made me come back to see oral surgeon where the wait was over an hour late and thankfully everything was okay. The dr and oral surgeon were super nice but honestly that didn't shadow the fact that the cleaning was the worst one I have ever had.
I made an appointment via ZocDoc (where they have great reviews) a couple weeks ago and received a reminder email yesterday afternoon. Today, I arrived at their office around 9:30am. My appointment was for 9:45am, but I decided to show up early since there's always paperwork on a first visit. No one from Strong Roots Dental was there when I showed up.
