It is really really bad experience. I made an appointment online and they call me to change the date，I agree with it. And they told me they give me another date when I came there. I am so angry about that. They don't care about your time at all

The dentist messed up my filling and I will have to have it redone. She was also very rough and unprofessional. I've never had a filling hurt so much. I went here because they accepted my insurance but I would have rather paid the full price out of pocket than have this terrible experience. I left this review on Google and then the office started calling me over and over to get me to take it down, without offering a refund or even apologizing. I had high hopes for this office, as the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, there has been issue with many of the teeth that were worked on. One of my front teeth now has a weird gap and the gums surrounding it are constantly sore. Another front filling has my bite so off that my teeth are sore as if I just had braces tightened. A filling in a molar closed the top space between the back teeth and debris gets stuck. Floss just gets stuck and breaks apart leaving fragments. The worst of it was the root canal. They were supposed to take care of my crown after a root canal with a specialist that they referred, but before my root canal sessions ended they phoned me and said that they no longer accept DMO insurance. It felt like getting dumped. Bad business practice. I would not recommend this group. It's probably a blessing because after reading the negative reviews here, I'm afraid to go back there now.

So I See that my review is currently being "hidden" by Yelp? What kind of practice is that? I have reviewed my comment and I still stand strongly behind every single word that I wrote. And I want to warn everyone that even considers going to this office. Do yourself a favor, save your time and go somewhere else. First time I went I couldn't find the office at first, later found out it was behind another office that was in front of it. Once I found it I couldn't really even believe it was a dentist , the whole office is practically the size of my living room. i think strong roots dental do excellent marketing in internet, you could see lot of good reviews in internet, but the dr Ramya Narayanan does not have much experience and does not do any additional procedure like deep cleaning which most of the general dentists do. she have a periodontist visiting once a month so you need to wait for months for him for any additional procedure, and didn't find comfortable with him as well as he himself is not concrete on the treatment needed. I was in and out for cleaning in less than 5 minutes..fastest ever cleaning done :) (excluding the time taken to take x-ray) in the past, when i have had cleaning at other dentists, they did a good job of doing a through cleaning which took atleast 15-20 minutes (atleast it felt like that). here Dr. Ramya just used one tool and in two minutes her main cleaning was done. I bought a Groupon and when I got to the office they wrote GROUPON across my folder in huge letters as if to warn the dentist. They took me right away but the dentist took an hour to actually come into my room...wtf? Then after the x-rays she comes back and is like, "Your teeth look great!" I go on to thank her and let her know that my gums are killing be because it been a year since they were properly cleaned.
