THIEVES! FRAUDS This is what they are. Despite of telling them more than a hundred times not to spam me with their calls and texts as I was not in need of the cleaning last year, they kept calling and calling. Unprofessional, Disorganized, and Sales-Driven If you need a quick cleaning, this might be your solution in a pinch, but I won't be returning. I booked an appointment with Dr. Saloni Trivedi, DDS, via ZocDoc after reading her positive reviews. I trusted Dr. Ramya based on the Zocdoc reviews, however I was in for a horrible ride. She had my cavity done by a very young dentist who (despite me initially discussing with her that I would need someone with experience to treat me, as I have an ongoing invisalign treatment which needs a lot of expertise) messed up the filling, left a wide gap in my molar, and btw it still hurts when I chew from that side after 6 months. Avoid this place if you want to save your dental health and insurance. This is a very con artist type dental office that pretends to care about patients but really doesn't and wants their money. And the dentist they have here does not seem qualified at all which is terrifying to me. She didn't even clean my teeth at all.

After visiting the same dentist for over a decade, I moved out of state and made an appointment with this dentist. I was told that I needed 3 crowns and that my teeth were in such a bad shape that I needed a mouthguard for a total of over $3000. I asked if I could wait till January for a better insurance, but I was answered that this should be done asap, well before January because I would then need a root canal and it would cost more. This place is BEYOND HORRIBLE. I even made a point to go out of my way to tell as many people as I could not to go here. I went to this dentist approximately a year ago to get fillings and a root canal done, something I had never have done before, so I was unfamiliar with the process. My girlfriend and I both had bad experiences but I will start with hers. She needed heavy dental work. In the process they messed up the alignment on her smile along with bad filling work which fell out later. Imagine dealing with this for 10 months before seeking a more qualified and kind dentist to fix this. My experience goes as follows. My first cleaning wasn't bad. After researching Dr. Narayanan & scheduling an appointment in Hoboken on ZocDoc, I called the practice for their email to send my dental records and was told that I would not be seeing Dr. Narayanan, and that she no longer practices dentistry but "oversees the practice".
