Dr. Tran is good at what she does. Very professional and I will be going back to her for a couple of more procedures. She explained it well and so did Iris the front desk staff with regards to my insurance coverage.
The visit was great for me. I've had anxiety with the dentist for years , and I have to say they made me feel at ease. I was extremely satisfied with them.. Thank you Strong Roots Dental
I have been to strong roots dental many times. The best part is no long waiting in lines and the service provided is the best i had in NJ. My wife had a tooth extraction and i had a regular cleaning done. I am totally satisfied and will visit again if required!
First time visiting their office on Newark Avenue and I had an excellent experience. Soon after registering at the front office I was taken care of within minutes. Great staff and great customer service was provided! Not like other dentist offices with overcrowding and excessive wait time. I will definitely be coming back soon.
They are just the best!:)) really professionals and the most kind and friendly people in JC they are taking care of me for 5,5 years had 2 implants, a crown and some fillings ! The took good care for me and my insurance! Good job girls
Dr was awesome, attentative and very nice. She was gentle on my teeth, I got right in to my appointment. Couldn't be more happy. Highly recommend.
I use to come to Strong Roots a year or so ago based on a deal they were running. That was back when it was a combined lobby and you sat with a bunch of strangers and avoided eye contact. Now with their own section of the building its a hundred times better than it was, and the service has remained wonderful for me. Despite coming here for a deal I found for a simple cleaning and it being a mile further than a few other offices I keep coming back every 6 months. I really truly like this office. Dr. Ramya is such a nice lady and she will inform you of exactly what you will need or don't need. The other 2 dentist that I met are really nice as well. A friend of mine referred Strong Roots to me after a traumatizing experience I had at a different location. They not only took me in that Saturday (evaluation, xray, consult) but the approval was excepted faster than any other dentist I have ever seen!
