I would not recommend and I had a very poor experience with this practice. I had an unfulfilled order from years ago, and this practice was not helpful at all in looking in to the matter, understanding the situation, or coming up with a resolve (leaving me without a benefit from my insurance for another two years). There was no empathy or desire to help - which is surprising given their partnership with my dental insurance company, and the fact that I had been patient for two years.

I went to this dental office as a new patient expecting a great experience but was horrified quickly when I met the dentist. She didn't seem qualified in my opinion to treat my dental issues and she also wasn't the dentists they had advertised I would meet on their site which was a major red flag. The service here was very fast and the staff upfront was very nice and professional but I got the impression they just wanted my money and didn't take my dental case seriously. Visited this practice after having to part ways with my previous practice, Nova Dental. Unfortunately a couple of the dentists that were recommended to me by friends in Hoboken are not in network with my dental insurance. I settled with Strong Roots since its closer to my apartment and in network. On the administration front - there were some issues. I'm so sad and disappointed to be writing a poor review here. On the surface, my experience at SRD was pleasant, friendly and straightforward. After about 6 months from when I received fillings (6 fillings) from SRD, they noted the fillings were breaking and the reason was due to me grinding my teeth. They suggested crowns and a mouth guard to help with the grinding. Since crowns are pretty extreme at the age of 27, I got a second opinion from my family dentist in my hometown whom I trust fully. Ever since I had work done here a little over a year ago, I've experienced nothing but pain, discomfort, and regret. I went in for some routine fillings after recently moving to the area, and was talked into the idea of veneers on my front teeth since I had some ugly fillings from when I had braces as a teenager.
