This office showed me how truly important it is to be your own advocate and how absolutely necessary it is to get a second opinion. It is shocking to me that this place has been operating for as long as it has been. They are predatory. Period. I went in for an emergency appt this morning as I was having extreme upper mouth pain. Writing this to potentially save others time and money. Key issues I experienced: 1. Scheduling mistakes and excessive appointment reminders/calls 2. Office was disorganized upon arrival. Had to wait and was moved between rooms a couple of times before being seen 3. Pushy sales tactics for unnecessary procedures 4. Asked to give a Google review during the cleaning. The front desk does the best they can but the doctors and the billing dept are very unorganized. They rescheduled my appointments multiple times. And waited till the last minute to tell me I owed over $2K and would need to pay it before I could have my crown put on, which meant coming up with that amount of money in a span of 2 weeks. There was very little compassion in delivery this news- when I was initially told I owed more due to insurance not covering the work, a lady came into the dental room nearly yelling as if I was... read more

I would not recommend and I had a very poor experience with this practice. I had an unfulfilled order from years ago, and this practice was not helpful at all in looking in to the matter, understanding the situation, or coming up with a resolve (leaving me without a benefit from my insurance for another two years). There was no empathy or desire to help - which is surprising given their partnership with my dental insurance company, and the fact that I had been patient for two years.

I would not recommend and I had a very poor experience with this practice. I went to this dental office as a new patient expecting a great experience but was horrified quickly when I met the dentist. She didn't seem qualified in my opinion to treat my dental issues and she also wasn't the dentists they had advertised I would meet on their site which was a major red flag.
