I found the all-female staff to be generally friendly. My record clearly indicates that I have dental implants. Despite this, they repeatedly pressured me to replace them, even suggesting I take out a loan for the nearly $25,000 procedure. Very impressed with the efficiency of this office. Been in the office 3 times now and every visit picks up right where the previous visit left off. Have communicated with and been seen by numerous members of the staff and every interaction is highly professional. As a relatively new Hoboken resident, it’s comforting to know I’ve found my dentist for the foreseeable future. 10/10 would recommend.
I’ve been going to Strong Roots for bi-annual cleanings, and they’ve been great. Recently, I completed my Invisalign treatment, and it was a smooth, positive experience. The team at Strong Roots took the time to explain the treatment thoroughly before starting and kept me well-informed during each check-up. They answered all my questions and provided clear updates on my progress. I'm so happy with my new smile and the excellent service from the Strong Roots team!
Great experience. I have been to a few different dentists in the area and it always feel rushed. Here they took the time to walk me though my procedure, explain everything, and even show me photos. I highly recommend Strong Roots to anyone looking for a dentist!
Good service, friendly staff, moderne equipment. You have fill out quite some paperwork with redundant information - can be further streamlined and digitalised. Would recommend it.
