I loved Dr. Fernando Jacobs and his amazing staff. I'm not insured, and I needed my wisdom teeth removed. Not only was I impressed with the payment options available, my visit was quick and efficient and virtually pain-free. I even got an appointment the same day I called. Dr. Jacobs was kind, courteous, professional, and very personable. He made my visit extremely comfortable and even fun. I have never liked going to the dentist. Who does??? I thought my appointment was a new patient visit, as well as a consultation. I paid my $89, per the mailing, but I didn't receive any of the things it promised. I'm on the hook with another dentist for 2 crowns and an implant because Care Credit has already charged me for those. Wish I'd known that Dr. Jacobs takes Care Credit also, because I would have come to him in the first place. I was referred here by the VA and after my first appointments I never returned. The front staff was welcoming and friendly and even knew me by name. The reason I won't be returning or asking to return is because the manager treated me poorly. At first I didn't know she was the manager. She's an older lady and she came into the room to have me sign papers. She was not welcoming or friendly. This place has by far the WORST treatment coordinator. Everytime I have been quoted incorrectly and have had surprise bills. I have been fighting with them about bills from a year ago. They keep sending statements threatening to send me to collections. Manager won't bother to compromise even tho it was HER fault. I have never delt with such unprofessional experiences and management. Don't even bother talking to her. Ask to speak to someone from billing. That was the only way I was able to get any help. Dr. Jacobs is a horrible, unprofessional "dentist". I went in his office with an infection; he admitted I had an infection and then refused to give me antibiotic when offering to do surgery on me. I ran out as fast as I could. He has very bad bedside manner, too. Extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and don't go.

My whole family had started coming here with a few minor complaints... I figured I would give them a try...worst mistake I've ever made. When I initially made my appointment I let the receptionist know that I had braces and was wondering if that was going to be a problem because I had wanted to come in for a cleaning. She said it wouldn't be and that the dentist would know how to take my wire off. Horrible. Overpriced and the doctor is a scare tactic used car salesman. He will fill you with nonsense of why you need to give him tens of thousands of dollars for plastic surgery because people think you are ugly and it will give you health problems, not having perfect fake teeth will cause you to die young, etc. they charge almost $200 for a cleaning and do nothing special.
