I don't think I can ever say enough to describe how amazing this dental office is!! Everyone here is genuinely nice and helpful. Not only that but when I had issues with billing they were so diligent in keeping me informed about everything! As you can see unfortunately I had many broken filling that had been done while in the military. Dr Jacobs and his amazing team fixed my teeth to the point they look brand new. If your in riverside you have to get your dental care taken care of here !!
Yea... 5 stars. I was slow to accept that I could find an exceptional dentist in the IE. After moving here from the Bay Area I was still flying "home" to see a dentist. The pandemic pushed my comfort to find a local dentist. So after kicking and screaming this office let me ask so many questions and still booked me for a routine visit. The staff is professional and personable, they have great attention to detail (little things like preference of being called Cyn vs Cynthia). Very good repair. Tooth is very strong now. I was surprised how much Dr Jacobs did in three hours. I recommend how dental as one you should use.
As always it was a great experience at Dr. Jacobs office. The staff is always friendly and caring. Dr. Jacobs does great work, I have been a patient of his for more than 15 years.
Dr. Fernando and his entire staff are God sent they do not make dental offices like this anymore. I will travel afar if I have to to get my dental work done. This establishment is a keeper +10
The staff is always soo helpful! Jo took the time to explain my insurance to me as well as what all my fees were. Dr Jacobs ALWAYS shows me everything that has been completed in the appointment and makes sure all of my questions are answered in a way that I understand. I have been a patient of Dr Jacobs for 8 years and have never had an unpleasant experience. I highly recommend him for all dentistry needs!!
The team is friendly and I get the same great people. They are efficient and easily schedule appointments. Gentle and thorough dental work!
