I don't understand how you can make patients wait 90 minutes past their appointment, while others arrive after & be seen before, with no explanation or apology until i say something. And then when you call to say you're running behind schedule, your reply is, if we're more than 15 minutes late you cancel. Is your time more important than mine?

Dr. Pannu has the worst bedside manner of any medical professional I have ever met. He explained nothing about the procedure- which I had been extremely nervous about- and when I started to have a panic attack he told me that if I didn't calm down he would not work on me. No reassurance, no empathy, no explanation of what to expect. I was given no after care instructions beyond "don't use a straw and don't spit". I have been a patient here for almost 9 years and the level of care keeps going down. I called yesterday because I have tooth pain and can only chew on one side of my mouth. They told me that because I missed two appointments I had to have a cleaning and x-rays first before they would treat the tooth pain. They then stated that they could not see me until August 15th for a cleaning and then I would have to schedule another appointment to fix the tooth pain. Used to go there. Never will again every time I went there, dentist ( black gentleman, would tell me I had a cavity. EVERYTIME!! I moved to a new dentist a few years ago, not on cavity in 3 years. And new dentist said all of my teeth are in great shape and they done believe some. Of the fillings I got were needed or skeptical I even had cavities. This place steals your money

Had work done by this hack of a dentist. All work had to be redone by another dentist within months. Now OVER TWO YEARS LATER I am receiving text messages saying I owe them a $50 deductible from my last service. They have also tried to make my wife double pay for services she has had in the past. Total hack shop that tries to sneak whatever charges they can past their clients. Scumbags

I was going to there "sister office" in Binghamton had a problem, so I came here. I have had the worst experience of my life here. I am getting dentures on top and apparently a partial on bottom. so I needed some teeth pulled... I got 3 done no problem other than Dr Pannu has no bedside manner. so I went to get 9 more out. how horrible. sent me home Thursday no nothing had nothing but some gauze and an envelope with some general instructions. the next day I was in a lot of pain. Dr Pannu extracted my tooth and have been thru pain ever since. I’m constantly calling and complaining of the pain and he saw me 2x saying it’s healing when I was treated for dry socket else where. I was told dr Pannu has an obligation to see me and care for me and now it’s been a month later. I now have a big abscess and no one else will see me due to someone else’s work so I keep calling the office saying I have a growing infection and they just keep telling me they will call me when no one does! In my eyes I needed a tooth pulled. Reason being that my molar tooth broke and it was already a bad tooth. Instead of them pulling it they want me to keep it and get a crown. Now I chance an infection while they wait for approval for the crown. No antibiotics where given as a preventive measure.

Called me the day before my appointment after I scheduled the day off 3 Weeks ago for the appointment and told me they don’t have enough help and could not fit me in? Thought I had an appointment for the past 3 weeks and they r supposed to be fixing the work on a crown they did that came out? They suck!!!!!
