Going to the dentist is not always fun, BUT going to NY Dental has been a good experience. The wait can be long from time to time, but it's always worth it when being seen. The staff is very educated and very helpful with each patient. Thank you!

If you like being treated like a piggybank and having all your concerns and questions dismissed out of hand, go here. Otherwise, avoid at all costs. Zero communication, evasiveness, and absolutely no concern for patients in any way other than getting your money and getting you out the door. $8k later and I have a set of dentures that are ill-fitting, extremely painful to wear and zero belief that anyone at NY Dental has any interest in resolving any problems. I recently visited and was deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy and dismissive behavior exhibited by the dentist on more thab one occasion. Despite expressing my concerns about severe dental issues, including gum disease, bone loss, and cavities, the dentist showed little interest in providing guidance or exploring long term treatment options.
