The worst experience I’ve ever had. I went there for a root canal. The Dennis was working on me was swearing couldn’t find the scissors. He was saying I don’t know who the fuck took my scissors when they were done with the root canal. I called him two days later to let them know I was in pain a lot of pain They couldn’t get me in for three weeks later. If you like being treated like a piggybank and having all your concerns and questions dismissed out of hand, go here. Otherwise, avoid at all costs. Zero communication, evasiveness, and absolutely no concern for patients in any way other than getting your money and getting you out the door. $8k later and I have a set of dentures that are ill-fitting, extremely painful to wear and zero belief that anyone at NY Dental has any interest in resolving any problems. I recently visited and was deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy and dismissive behavior exhibited by the dentist on more thab one occasion. Despite expressing my concerns about severe dental issues, including gum disease, bone loss, and cavities, the dentist showed little interest in providing guidance or exploring long term treatment options. I would never go back the Dr.was rude,disrespectful, demeaning, had no compassion. I went to them for help and walked out feeling worse. You shouldn't be a Dr. if you can't at least show some compassion and respect for how your patients feel we are paying you...
waiting currently for a cleaning. Will be the last appointment I make here. I started last year for a bite guard and one root canal that never healed properly. at my next check up I was told I needed 2 fillings then 4 because OF THE BITE GUARD DRYING MY TEETH?? The bite guard they gave me. So when I showed up for those fillings, the hygienist and dentist took 30 minutes to sort what I even needed done WHILE I was in the chair after waiting in the waiting area an hour and a half with my child. Shady practices. I wad told by the office that they were in network with my insurance. I then received a bill for an out of network provider. I called back and was again told they were in network and when asked why I was billed for out of network, it was revealed that they had “just transitioned” but wouldn’t give me the date to see if my appointment was before that date. I've been going here for about 3 yrs.. before the remodel, had alot of work done & was happy w Dr Pannu until today... After many years of being a patient here I feel it is finally time to part ways. I have been coming here for close to 20 years and never had any major problems. Today I had an appt for 9:30 for a simple set of x rays. After waiting for approx and hour I inquired as to why people are getting called in ahead of me and I am still waiting. We have had several bad experiences here. Long wait times, canceled appointments, work that needs to be redone.
