I would never go back the Dr.was rude,disrespectful, demeaning, had no compassion. I went to them for help and walked out feeling worse. You shouldn't be a Dr. if you can't at least show some compassion and respect for how your patients feel we are paying you...
waiting currently for a cleaning. Will be the last appointment I make here. I started last year for a bite guard and one root canal that never healed properly. at my next check up I was told I needed 2 fillings then 4 because OF THE BITE GUARD DRYING MY TEETH?? The bite guard they gave me. Shady practices. I wad told by the office that they were in network with my insurance. I then received a bill for an out of network provider. I called back and was again told they were in network and when asked why I was billed for out of network, it was revealed that they had “just transitioned” but wouldn’t give me the date to see if my appointment was before that date. After many years of being a patient here I feel it is finally time to part ways. I have been coming here for close to 20 years and never had any major problems. Today I had an appt for 9:30 for a simple set of x rays. After waiting for approx and hour I inquired as to why people are getting called in ahead of me and I am still waiting. We have had several bad experiences here. Long wait times, canceled appointments, work that needs to be redone.
I don't understand how you can make patients wait 90 minutes past their appointment, while others arrive after & be seen before, with no explanation or apology until i say something. And then when you call to say you're running behind schedule, your reply is, if we're more than 15 minutes late you cancel. Is your time more important than mine?
Dr. Pannu has the worst bedside manner of any medical professional I have ever met. He explained nothing about the procedure- which I had been extremely nervous about- and when I started to have a panic attack he told me that if I didn't calm down he would not work on me. No reassurance, no empathy, no explanation of what to expect. I was given no after care instructions beyond "don't use a straw and don't spit". I have been a patient here for almost 9 years and the level of care keeps going down. I called yesterday because I have tooth pain and can only chew on one side of my mouth. They told me that because I missed two appointments I had to have a cleaning and x-rays first before they would treat the tooth pain. They then stated that they could not see me until August 15th for a cleaning and then I would have to schedule another appointment to fix the tooth pain.
