Wish I could leave an even more negative rating. They switch prices up, will not fulfill services when promised, seem unable to work their own computers, are unwilling to be helpful, and completely adverse to being reasonable. They also want to charge you for appointments never canceled and for appointments you have been told you owe nothing for. Their doctors enjoy breaking retainers and their front desk staff is entirely inept. They claim they didn't know this or that after answering the questions for them both physically ... read more

We cannot quote over the phone. If we give any information, it is always estimated becasue until we examine you, we are not able to tell you whats actually needed. Your vulgar language and nasty behavior in our office lobby was unacceptable. We dimissed you from the building because of it.
I am sad to have to write this review as I originally thought that Dr. John at Boulder Canyon Dental was a great dentist's office and Dr. John, while still a very qualified dentist, treated me and my family incredibly poorly over the last year; ever since a situation occurred with my nightguard. When we got our new puppy last year, she decided that my nightguard was a very interesting thing to chew on.
