I have had two daughters that were both quoted incorrectly on the phone. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate. Once in office they will tell you they didn't apply the right code and will try and charge more.

We cant quote on the phone. ALL patients need an exam in order to determine their treatment needs. I am happy that you did not allow your duaghters vulgar review to be allowed on google. She was disrepectful and used nasty laguage to my front desk. She is not welcome in this office.
Wish I could leave an even more negative rating. They switch prices up, will not fulfill services when promised, seem unable to work their own computers, are unwilling to be helpful, and completely adverse to being reasonable. They also want to charge you for appointments never canceled and for appointments you have been told you owe nothing for. Their doctors enjoy breaking retainers and their front desk staff is entirely inept. They claim they didn't know this or that after answering the questions for them both physically ... read more

We cannot quote over the phone. If we give any information, it is always estimated becasue until we examine you, we are not able to tell you whats actually needed. Your vulgar language and nasty behavior in our office lobby was unacceptable. We dimissed you from the building because of it.
