I copied my review from Google to make sure my story gets out: I used to really like this dentist. They fixed a broken tooth with a filling that broke in 6 months, which they fixed. Then the same filling broke again after ~4 years. I complained every cleaning that the filling was lose. Their excuse is that the average filling lasts 2 years. So? Upon scheduling a new patient cleaning, I confirmed multiple times with the front desk that they checked with my insurance and the total cost to me would be $0. Upon my arrival, I was immediately taken for xrays without any mention of the fact that this could be denied by my insurance due to limitation issues. I was under the assumption that they had already performed their due diligence to confirm I was within the limit and would not be charged. Worst dental experiences of my life. Dr. Jon talks at you. He is callus and unsympathetic. Walked out mid procedure. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere with normal doctors who actually reflect on their practice and care about people.

While replacing a crown Dr Jon filed down my teeth (without letting me know he intended to) and completely changed my bite, which is now causing other teeth to break. Plus the new crown he put on is big and misshapen. They also charged me $500 for a night guard that doesn't fit properly and causes jaw pain, which they wouldn't refit or refund me. I have had two daughters that were both quoted incorrectly on the phone. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate. Once in office they will tell you they didn't apply the right code and will try and charge more.

Wish I could leave an even more negative rating. They switch prices up, will not fulfill services when promised, seem unable to work their own computers, are unwilling to be helpful, and completely adverse to being reasonable. They also want to charge you for appointments never canceled and for appointments you have been told you owe nothing for. We cannot quote over the phone. If we give any information, it is always estimated becasue until we examine you, we are not able to tell you whats actually needed. Your vulgar language and nasty behavior in our office lobby was unacceptable. We dimissed you from the building because of it.
