Seamless visit. Everything very organized. Dr Jonathan Smith very patient in introducing me to ultrasonic cleaning (which was painless and quicker than the usual method) and answering the several questions I had. All of this makes me much less apprehensive about going to the dentist!

I was transferred to this office from Nederland after Dr. Simpson retired and have been consistently impressed with this new practice. Not only is the space bright, beautiful and comfortable, everyone who works here does a fantastic job of putting you at ease and explaining the work in a way you understand. Dr. Jon replaced an old crown of mine that a previous dentist in NYC had done sloppily. The technology he used to take 3D images of my teeth and design a new crown is top-notch. These guys have awesome technology and utilize it. It's a world of difference from any other dental office I've ever been too. I would highly recommend them. And Shelley is a awesome hygienist!

I am totally impressed with Dr.Jon Smith and his caring yet effective dentistry. During a routine cleaning with Shelley (xoxoxo)and x rays, they found that one of my crowns which had been put in about one year ago, was badly fit and giving me problems. He offered to replace the crown for free, so that I would not have any additional problems. The fact that he was able to numb the area once and fit and replace the crown all in one visit was amazing to me. It fits better already and the tissue and gum around the area is no lon... read more

Upon scheduling a new patient cleaning, I confirmed multiple times with the front desk that they checked with my insurance and the total cost to me would be $0. Upon my arrival, I was immediately taken for xrays without any mention of the fact that this could be denied by my insurance due to limitation issues. I was under the assumption that they had already performed their due diligence to confirm I was within the limit and would not be charged. Worst dental experiences of my life. Dr. Jon talks at you. He is callus and unsympathetic. Walked out mid procedure. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere with normal doctors who actually reflect on their practice and care about people.
