I must start by saying that prior to my visit to Turner Family Dentistry I was very anxious and concern about the whole experience of going to see a dentist after so many years of being away. Questions like am I visiting the right doctor, is the staff going to be professional and caring, all of these things were running through my head. OMG! I think I fell in love all over again when visiting this dentist. The people were very compassionate, sensitive to my needs, clean, professional, and friendly. The facility was clean, fresh, and had a calming environment. I really enjoyed the services provided and I didn't have one complaint. To those who are uninsured Dr. Turner offers Credit Care Services, a financial credit based loan assistance program. My mom dentures didnt fit properly, they sent the dentures out to be adjusted still didn't fit , dentures was a set!! only gave a refund back for the top , they have the bottoms and will not give a refund the bottom dentures did not fit.

my son was a patient here from when he was 2 to 4 years old and i had to change dentists. this place was so nice. clean, front desk nice and helpful, dentists caring and patient. all of the staff was great. the problem came when i spent 3 months trying to make an appointment for my child and they never, and i mean never, got back to me. i called and left voicemails, messaged them on facebook, emailed them and got no response for 3 whole months. now this was during covid, so i thought maybe they were closed or something simil... read more
