I manage the office's GoTu account, and they've always been very kind. Not sure why there are a few negative reviews, but I wouldn't take them too seriously. Their schedule is managed very well, and they treat their patients and business partners with care.

I been going here for over 15 years and she's a great dentist. Always took care of both of my kids and I. Very friendly and supportive with understanding of your needs. Close mouths don't get feed. So ask questions and I promise you she will get back with you with an answer or she will ask around with someone else.
