I have gone there a few times; mostly to have dentures repaired. The repairs recently were done well. Not so in the past (the replaced front tooth was obvious). No problem with the office staff. The last time, they didn't take my insurance, but they told me they would submit a claim and I might get some of the money I paid back.

I have been going to preferred dental care for 2+ years now and every single encounter I've ever had has been incredibly welcoming and friendly and productive and everything else. In every aspect of my dental care, they have been perfect.

This is one of the best dentist in town..I've been a patient of Dr. Trivedi's for about 20 years...I had a real fear of Dentists and she was the best. She's gentle, patient and compassionate with her patients...I would highly recommend her practice. Trust me, you will be in excellent hands.

They were so kind. From the first call to end of the appointment. Everyone I spoke with made me feel less anxious. I hate the dentist. Originally going in for wisdom tooth relation, but I honestly can say this is the nicest dentistry I have been to my entire life. My past experiences were so bad, especially with cleaning. I will definitely recommend and refer. This place is the best by far, in my opinion. Great staff. "Kill them with kindness"
