Unfortunately, I am changing my original review from 5 stars to 1 star. If I could give zero stars, I would. To be clear, my son received excellent medical care. However, the billing and insurance department has been completely unprofessional. I was required to pay upfront for my son’s procedure and was assured I would be reimbursed once insurance payment was received. I later confirmed directly with both insurance companies that payment was received and was told the exact amount I am owed. Despite this, I have received no ... read more
