Unfortunately, I am changing my original review from 5 stars to 1 star. If I could give zero stars, I would. To be clear, my son received excellent medical care. However, the billing and insurance department has been completely unprofessional. I was required to pay upfront for my son’s procedure and was assured I would be reimbursed once insurance payment was received. Worst experience. Never explain anything about the dental procedure. Violating the insurance law of took money from the insurance and not pay back to the patient.until I file the complaint. After this surgery will never come back ever. All will be documented and report to New York State Education Department.
