I rated this five stars for several reasons. First of all, Dr Ha is an excellent Oral Surgeon and much more than a dentist. He is professional, personable, very positive and took time with me to completely explain the process. Over approximately a six month period Dr Ha removed all my upper teeth, my lower back teeth and molars. His sedation techniques worked to perfection. I am a 73 year old senior who is absolutely terrified of dentists. That being said. I went on a long over due journey over a span of six months to restore what teeth I had left and to heal my bleeding gums from thirty years of abuse and lack of care. I first went to HaHa Sedation & Family dentistry in Palm Harbor with a Groupon. I had a lot of issues at the time that I already knew about. I have had a few bad experiences and was very hesitant about trying a new place, especially with a Groupon. It was fantastic. I didn't have insurance and they took very good care of me giving me a substantial discount. There is a savings plan that you can purchase. I rarely write negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience at Palm Harbor Premier Dental. I made an appointment because they advertised a $98 special that included X-rays, a cleaning, and an evaluation by the dentist. I hadn't had a dental cleaning in quite some time and simply wanted a good cleaning, X-rays, and then the dentist's recommendations about anything else I might need. Nothing but the usual shady dentist practices. Extensive work that needs done right away. 13 cavities, which on 2nd opinion from another practice was 0 cavaties. Can get you in the next day, doesn't bother to even deal with insurances, HIGH pressure financing beyond anything I've ever experienced! Even at a car dealership, nowhere close to this place.

WARNING: DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, AND IRRESPONSIBLE. They took nearly $20,000 for a broken, non-functional bite at Palm Harbor Premier Dental. 1. Gross Incompetence & Deceptive Consultation: I initially went to Dr. Andre Kandy for two upper crowns and one lower bridge. The work was so poorly done that the crowns were too high, then he trim a lot of times but still making it impossible to chew even soft bread or salad or soft fish, only I can eat is soups. I was told the dentist on premises was not on their plan yet. I waited and waited to hear and heard nothing back so I canceled my appointment. Front desk staff seems to be changing constantly and I don't think my assessment by the dental hygienist was accurate.

Worst cleaning I've ever had, complete waste of my money, the dentist that I seen told me I needed 2 crowns, I guess I find out if she was just trying to get to spend money when I go get my teeth cleaned AGAIN and RIGHT.
