I am a 73 year old senior who is absolutely terrified of dentists. That being said. I went on a long over due journey over a span of six months to restore what teeth I had left and to heal my bleeding gums from thirty years of abuse and lack of care. I first went to HaHa Sedation & Family dentistry in Palm Harbor with a Groupon. I had a lot of issues at the time that I already knew about. I have had a few bad experiences and was very hesitant about trying a new place, especially with a Groupon. It was fantastic. I didn't have insurance and they took very good care of me giving me a substantial discount. There is a savings plan that you can purchase. WARNING: DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, AND IRRESPONSIBLE. They took nearly $20,000 for a broken, non-functional bite at Palm Harbor Premier Dental. 1. Gross Incompetence & Deceptive Consultation: I initially went to Dr. Andre Kandy for two upper crowns and one lower bridge. The work was so poorly done that the crowns were too high, then he trim a lot of times but still making it impossible to chew even soft bread or salad or soft fish, only I can eat is soups. I was told the dentist on premises was not on their plan yet. I waited and waited to hear and heard nothing back so I canceled my appointment. Front desk staff seems to be changing constantly and I don't think my assessment by the dental hygienist was accurate.

I've been going to Haha Dentistry for years and recently stopped because of the lack of service received. They suddenly stopped carrying my dental insurance and since I like them so much I change insurance carriers to one they would approve and it took me calling and following up three separate times before anyone could confirm the policy that I switched to was covered (this is after I purchased a Humana PPO as they directed.) Worst cleaning I've ever had, complete waste of my money, the dentist that I seen told me I needed 2 crowns, I guess I find out if she was just trying to get to spend money when I go get my teeth cleaned AGAIN and RIGHT.
