This office is absolutely amazing!!!! Finally after years of searching I found the right office. The staff is highly educated and knowledgeable. Everyone was very friendly and the treatment recommended was ethical and honest. First time getting this kind of treatment!!! My crown fell out and they were able to give me an immediate appointment! They were able to give me a temporary one right away. They emailed me the x ray and pic of my tooth for my regular dentist! Very very pleased with this office! Reasonable price and excellent care. I'll be back !

This was the best visit. I haven't had a cleaning in over 10 years. I walked in with no judgement and a lovely front desk staff. After taking X Rays and cleaning the doc walked in and said for not having a cleaning in so long I had no cavities or decay. I walked out feeling confident again with my pearly whites. Thank you for taking care of me. Can't wait to bring my mom in for her appt.

I was looking for a dental practice in the Palm Harbor area. I walked into Palm Harbor Premium Dental today to inquire about an appointment for a new patient. I was taken in immediately. Their X-ray and scanning equipment is top notch. Andorf, the hygienist, was very thorough and did a great job. Dr. Vazquez, the dentist, followed with a complete exam. Everyone was very friendly - the office staff, hygienist and dentist. Very nice environment. I will return for future services!
I have been going to Palm Harbor Sedation for a few years. Dr. Ha was good and then he sold the practice. The dentist that replaced him wasn't very good at all! A new dentist is now there! Dr. Richard Kantwill is amazing!!!!! He pulled my mom's tooth this afternoon and gave her a temporary bridge. They were so caring! My mom is 87 and they made her so comfortable while she was having the procedure done. I will definitely tell all of my friends how great Dr. Richard, Ellen, Carlos, and Marina are!
I rated this five stars for several reasons. First of all, Dr Ha is an excellent Oral Surgeon and much more than a dentist. He is professional, personable, very positive and took time with me to completely explain the process. Over approximately a six month period Dr Ha removed all my upper teeth, my lower back teeth and molars. His sedation techniques worked to perfection.
