Dr. Kaplan and Eureka Dental team are outstanding! I went in to get some cavities filled and could not have been more impressed with the speed, professionalism, courtesy and expertise I was treated with. Compassion is the key term here! Dr Chan is as personable as if he were a family member. His staff the same. I had major oral surgery and I would not even consider anyone else to pull 8 teeth but Dr Chan. His office is state of the art.and so is his ability to explain exactly what proceedures you face to correct your smile. This is a 5 star outfit period. I would also like to nominate him for lipp holder of the year! :)

The staff is always friendly, and I have never had an issue with them. They follow up after dental work (such as a filing or crown) to see if you have any issues. I have been going to them for about two years, and I recommend them if anybody asks for a dentist in this area.

I have had 2 root canals and they were great, no pain. Vanessa greets everyone with a smile and makes you feel welcome. Every member of this family makes you feel welcome. Doctor Chan is so gentle, I never feel the needle when given novocaine. And Leanne is my favorite!!!!!! Everytime she sees me she gives me a hug. I consider the staff to be friends and when you are there you are treated as family. I will never see another dentist.

My experience with Crown Dentistry has been simply Awesome! I have been a patient of Dr. Chan's for several years now and have never had a bad experience. I went from never wanting to go to the dentist to looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned. I have had a root canal and a couple of fillings; all without pain. He is the best dentist I have ever been to and his staff is pretty terrific too. They are so good that since I have moved to Redding I continue to use their services. For me they are worth the drive. Ok, so here's the scoop. If you want a 90 year old shaky guy digging in your mouth then don't go here! HAHAHA! Dr. Chan is beyond great and every single person on his team is amazing. They are super friendly, fun and funny and understand that you can be completely efficient and get the job done without being stuffy and silent. I'm sad to see that there is a negative review of Dr. Chan and his staff. After going to several dentists in the area that only wanted to get every dime out me with mediocre service, I was referred to Crown Dentistry by my mother in law. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very warmly by the receptionist who happened to be in the middle of something on her computer. My Honest Experience as a Former Patient - A Message for Dr. Chan I'm writing this not to discredit Dr. Chan's professional ability... I've always respected him as a gentle and knowledgeable dentist.
