Absolutely wonderful experience. And that’s saying something for a dentist’s office. The usual presumption it is a place of pain and discomfort—most likely for those who don’t floss much... ✋... but everyone was so polite and comforting—really made me feel super welcome. I had some medium work done, and it was one of the least painful experiences I’ve had in any dentist office. And for me cavities are a problem. BUT, not for long. Thank you all, if you’re reading this review. See you soon!
Dr. Hardcastle and his staff are so friendly, helpful, and caring. If you are looking for a new dentist or if you are not satisfied with your current dentist I recommend that you go to Village Dental Care! The staff is welcoming and makes the check in process easy and hassle free. The reception area is warm and inviting and they have recently updated their exam rooms with new artwork and cool TV screens that show relaxation videos - love! I am very picky about cleanings the hygienist was fantastic- everyone was extremely friendly and showed genuine kindness. Dr. Hardcastle and his team are phenomenal! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a knowledgeable honest dentist!
