I was having an emergency dental issue, have been on waitlists and weren’t able to be seen by dentist that took my insurance for months and they were actually able to do the work the same day! Highly satisfied!! Thank you so much for the kindness and support through the dental procedure I needed!
The dentists, hygienists and assistants, as well as all the office staff are friendly and professional and make you feel like you’re their only patient, they all give you so much attention! There is absolutely no pain by the dentists or hygienists! I highly recommend Jessica for cleaning! She takes her time and is painless. I also had several extractions by both Dr Stetts and Dr Lee and felt nothing! Thank you! Its well worth going to Smiles by Design!
All the staff and doctors were wonderful. They explained everything in detail and made me very comfortable. The procedure went according to schedule and the result was as expected.
As many of you may know, I retired at the end of 2023 and moved to Florida. I have been a dentist at Smiles By Design for 20+ years. I KNOW the quality and level of care everyone provides at this office. I also know this is not the same everywhere. My husband and I are choosing to continue having our dental care done here- even though it is several states away! That’s how much we believe in the care! Jessica and other staff were wonderful . They were patient taking care of my mom . I might start going to them for my dental needs .
Dr. Stets is careful, extremely competent, gentle, explains everything she's doing and kind. The office staff is courteous and efficient. The dental assistants are caring and responsive. I found working with this group of dental professionals very comfortable.
