Due to a prior bad experience with a different distance I was left with a huge fear of the dentist so I did not go for a very, very long time. I wanted to get over this fear. I was terrified making the initial appointment and going to it very recentlu. Each member of the staff was so incredibly gentle, reassuring, and empowering. Just had my work completed and am so glad I did it. This practice is incredible with staff that really care about their patients and they do incredible work.
My first appointment consisted of x-rays, photos, questions about my own perception of my “smile”, and the best and most patient dental cleaning of my life by Jessica. Over the decades I have come to expect some discomfort with poking, prodding, scraping, flossing, etc. Not this time. My trusted dentist! The only dentist I trust and know will do an amazing job! They have saved teeth other dentist’s told me something else and Smiles by Design came to the rescue, very thankful! They are always super kind, considerate and take the upmost care to make sure everything is done well. I’m never rushed as they always take the time to do a great job! Highly recommend coming here!!
My experience with Smiles By Design was very special. I came in wanting Dentures, lower and uppers. The staff were very nice. I couldn’t get financed so they called me back in and help me with getting my smile back and financed me in house. Which I thought was unbelievable. They do care about you and they try everything they can do to get you your smile back.
I’ve been a patient for almost 20 years. I love my hygienists Lou! She does an amazing job and my teeth feel so clean when I leave. My previous dentist retired but the office hasn’t skipped a beat. Dr. W. has stepped in and I was very happy with my service today.
