This is my opinion based upon my recent experience. I'm a veteran that has spent alot of money at this practice. The Dentist made an error in my treatment file by not adding work performed from an earlier visit. No one told me about a large balance of over 600 dollars until a call one hour before my appt. that I pre paid for 2 weeks earlier btw because it was out of pocket. Have not had a pleasant experience. Can't speak to the care of the younger Salvatores but would recommend avoiding Richard Sr. Not once in three years did he check under my tongue which in talking to friends is part of their dentists routine. As an exsmoker I find this disturbing. Multiple billing issues that have been difficult to resolve. Moving on to a new practice.
After 16 years as loyal customers, disappointed in how our family was treated. Office manager needs customer service training. We won't be going back.
