So I am new to the area, having just moved here. I was told this is the place to go for dental work. I get there early and fill out all the paperwork to include my insurance card. The reason for my visit was I had root canal done in Arizona but the tooth was still sensitive. They took scans and advised everything looked good. The tooth, gums and jaw on that side are still hurting. So today I called and spoke to Debbie, I advised her that just after my visit on 11/2 I asked for to get a copy of the x-rays and Scan. Dr Owens is great and he’s been my family dentist for years. However if he’s not in do not expect warranties to be honored if it’s close to quitting time, or in the event you missed a cleaning with them personally. I’ve been back for the same crown falling off 3 times in the last year. They promised me service but when I came Dr Carter and staff on call had a lot of excuses and were going to send me away till Dr owens was back. I do not recommend Dr Carter at all
