Dr Owens is great and he’s been my family dentist for years. However if he’s not in do not expect warranties to be honored if it’s close to quitting time, or in the event you missed a cleaning with them personally. I’ve been back for the same crown falling off 3 times in the last year. They promised me service but when I came Dr Carter and staff on call had a lot of excuses and were going to send me away till Dr owens was back. I do not recommend Dr Carter at all
